    It is one of the best services we have for server back-end when you are using AWS EC2 or other services. We are using this for years and never had issues so far. IO rates are really good and we are also using elastic blocks for EC2. A great services from amazon, cant find any fault but the only downside is their interface is a bit bad comparing to azure or google cloud storage. they need to work on it. #spiceworks

    I started using Azure since Microsoft offered me $100 to spend on it and i was hooked since then. At first, i have to say, it looked like an alien world to me as couldn't find any typical microsoft concept or menu in it. But after couple of weeks of testing and searching techincal help in various forums, i was able to use servers very easily but , in same time , the learning curve prevent you from utilize the server in maximum potential during trial period #spiceworks

    I am using this for a long time, a really good good product . Monitoring is very good and available alerts and settings for each is very good although found the alert for updates to be a little far reaching in that it checked everything on the server. #spiceworks

    IDrive is a good service for people who have multiple computers and machines that require online backup. IDrive is a cloud-based service, so it has access to multiple servers that can flexibly handle traffic and storage demands. For consumers, this will mean a higher degree of reliability. IDrive has made their pricing a lot more simple which is a good thing. Sometimes it is tough to find the right sub-service within the IDrive world – a good make over of their product palette would be ideal to avoid frustration. #spiceworks

    BackBlaze is a reasonably priced easy to use solution for backup online. There is any extra fittings to backup, it just do backup. you can also set private encryption and which makes it a top competitor among cloud backup file solutions. THe only issue is it is too simple. it lacks features others offer for free. #spiceworks

    One of my client enjoying google fiber internet for last 4 months. what can i say, i just envy him. as a consultant, all i had to do is just watch and learn with their engineers. we didn't even needed to touch anything to configure externally. the users diidnt even know it switched from older company apart from the speed. no more user complaining, etc.. awesome support.

    i have used google apps before in my company and it isi one of the best email service out there. every users know how to use gmail to there is not learning curve for new users plus it is far simpler than using outlook for most users to login via web browser. never had a serious downtime issue either. overall, a great solution for cloud email service

    I really like using godaddy. GoDaddy builder has a very intuitive user interface, so you won’t get overwhelmed with a lot of useless bells and whistles. but GoDaddy’s website builder currently doesn’t support ecommerce functions so not good for store startups. Also I have always received amazing customer support from the Go Daddy.

    if you are good with linux and apache then it is meant for you. it doesn't come with any cpanel and if you haven't tried before buying it, you might be in trouble. Their Standard VPS support doesnt cover any of the softwre support, just hardware so make sure you know what you are doing.
    But if you are ok with all those above , it is a great solution for private hosting. i highly recommend it .

    I am using this for years and never had any issues. always up and very easy to use. Calling via app cant be any better, even basic users can handle it. changing extensions and call forward and other management cant be any better. my users who travel abroad love this service as they never misses a call.

    They are catching up to aws very fast and reently decreased the price to match to aws S3. compare to S3 there is a bit learning curve to use microsoft asure at first but it will get easier very fast. it already had couple of outages this y ear but still boasting 99.999% so we can safely assume it cant be any better than AWS s3 , atleast for now.

    I took its configuration for a client after they choose the solution> i have to say , if i were choosing , it wouldn't be the one because i didn't have time to spend one every little changes in system. The system is not very user friendly but very reliable. Once it setup , it works like a charm so you better have a junior who have time to spend to research about this. We have noticed that their support had degraded since they have become a public company. Their service in my option was second to none and as a reseller I used to boast about their products and services, but now I no longer in favour to them as we saw a lot better services out there. This is no doubt part of keeping the shareholders happy however at the cost of keeping customers happy. Whenever I called customer service, absolutely no effort to assist in finding an answer to my question, instead blaming the IT administrator (who recommended them) for any problems. #spiceworks

While some other cell vendors have spotty service in our area, Verizon has always had excellent coverage. Our employees are able to have great cell service no matter what location they may be in. The ability to use the phone as a mobile hotspot always helps out when out of the office and needing to connect to network resources. While it may be a little frustrating that there isn't another vendor with comparable service (to feel like we have a choice), we really have no problem with Verizon and would always be quick to recommend them. #SpicySith

My frustrations are as follows... - They hide premium features (SSO, Caller ID) behind the higher tier plan that has numerous features that may be of little interest. Customers on RingCentral's own forums have been begging for years to offer an ala carte option to no avail. As soon as they found out I was shopping because of that, they were able to ala carte those features to me at no charge. You could have done it the whole time, only when I threaten to leave do you give me what I need! - Our agency made a decision to standardize on Microsoft Teams for collaboration after having tested GLIP following RingCentral's acquisition. Our staff grew to like Teams, then RingCentral crammed GLIP down their throats by making it the only way to interact with their system. - As soon as I allowed our contract to lapse so we could begin transitioning to a new system they jacked our rates up through the roof. Companies that engage in behavior like this will not receive business from my organization.

The pricing is amazing. The fact that each user gets their own GoToMeeting account is stellar. The phone equipment was really affordable... support has been mostly ok. My only complaint about the support has been the hold times. That said, they're super smart and get things fixed correctly. Call quality is great. Support even helped us with making adjustments on our firewall to improve quality above the standard QOS rules. My major nitpicks are that this system does not seem to scale well in regards to support. There are no easy ways to make mass updates. If you need to make a change to every single phone, for example, adding a custom button... you literally have to go in one by one. Also, it would be nice to get more customization on audio queues on the physical phones. When someone intercoms into your phone you can barely hear a tone. It's a little creepy. Aside from those nitpicks, everything is working great and we've saved a ton of money over our previous traditional phone system with seperate long distance carrier.

He added so many additional boxes to forward numbers to where they should be, that our little computer closet looks ridiculous. We asked and asked for hold music, never got it. Any changes were slow to come. We had a feature of converting voicemails to emails, that disappeared and no one could figure out why. After a year of frustrations we wanted to move on. All NexVortex said was that we would have to pay out the rest of the contract. The partner may have been the cause of our problems - but that partner is a direct reflection of NexVortex. They need to vet their partners better and take some responsibility for the partner. Instead, they stuck the customer with the bill and said "Not our fault".

We began with the basic service but realized we had to upgrade. They cannot have a fully dedicated IT team, so I helped to assist and went with Dropbox 1TB option for its ease and ability to sync fast without user interaction. It's been in use for over 6 months and when I ask about it, they've had no issues. Works good for about 15-20 total users who need to share data. They have a handful of users who need to work externally and this is a perfect solution them for a smaller budget. As an IT person, it is also super easy to work with Dropbox to assist from a technical standpoint. Very satisfied with service. #SpicySith

We've had NetFortris for about 5 years, utilizing their end-to-end service. We have internet circuits, VOIP phones, and MPLS under our service agreement . We decided to use NetFortris for their pricing, customer service and the full service options they provided. Internet circuits and VOIP phones, as well as utilizing MPLS to help us network our multiple locations together. We also wanted to bring all locations under same provide to make support much easier. In the last year, their Customer Service and quality of their infrastructure has been declining. Where it once took a few hours to get a response and issues resolved, it will now take several days. We are on older equipment as well, which helped reduce cost, but when looking to move to their SD-WAN service, the costs suddenly became prohibitive. We have 1 location, a new site at the time, where we brought in service. They provided a 10MB AT&T Fiber circuit. From day one the circuit never worked correctly. We replaced the Cinnea box, had vendor meets with AT&T onsite to review all causes and it always came down to NetFortris not properly configuring their network to work with AT&T. Their solution was their new SD-WAN service. Basically, they are reselling VeloCloud services. I've heard good things about VeloCloud and their solution has helped now that we have a second internet circuit in place with Comcast Buisness. The VeloCloud box does well in stabilizing the AT&T circuit when its not working well. However, even NetFortris techs are not fully versed in the VeloCloud solution or how to use it. They often take days to contact VeloCloud about a problem we have with it, only to finally get a response of the VeloCloud devices needs a firmware update. The VeloCloud solution was also sold as providing the IT pro a cloud portal to monitor and make adjustments as needed. I'm still awaiting access to that portal and keep being told I have it, only to find I'm unable to access it. Lastly, the cost. Their SD-WAN solution wants to charge you monthly rental fee of the device plus a per MB rate based upon how much bandwidth is installed. For example, a 10MB AT&T and a 25MB Comcast circuit is billed upon a 35MB rate, around an additional $100/month. It goes up from there. For mid-sized businesses, which NetFortris says they support, you may quickly find yourself priced out of their SD-WAN solution.
