Office Service: on Par, at the least they do get your the info you need when you keep asking.
Tech Service: they hide behind there phone, normal will not budge until they get a clear from there boss, this happened quite frequently when we needed lines added to our off sights trailers. Leaves us hanging for days even weeks till the next tech comes by.
When it's done: it works, it really works with no problems but we are in time sensitive job's with contractors and relying on hotspot service is a big no!
When it goes down: they are usually on top of things if a cord get cut by some outsider, but lately it's a pain to get accurate times
Billing: Horrible experience compared to Verizon ATT leaves with some cryptic paperwork that even your rep needs to do research if there is something you do not understand.
Overall: if you have no choice what can you do, otherwise just stay awayyyy!

We have had AT&T fiber for our business for 5 years now and I can't recall a single bit of down time. We use them because they are one of the only carriers that offers symmetrical up and down speeds . Since we do most of our work in the cloud, we are constantly pushing data in both directions (synchronizing and downloading). We started with a 50/50 MB line and then our rep made us aware of a deal for double the speed for only $30.00 more a month. Since we continue to grow we could not pass this up! Overall, the service, sales and support have been great. We are very satisfied and will continue to use this provider. Thank you.

i used at&t sip trunk before i have to say it is the worst service i ever had. they never had time or team enough to support current clients and i don't blame customer service as they looked like they cant cope with it. once i had to wait 20 minutes after multiple transfer to get an 3rd line support team. #spicysip

First time ever i used ethernet over copper when we had a client who wants to move TDM T1 line to something cheaper and we opted for AT&T. we had no previous experience and At&T was very helpful regarding to migration and services. We got constant speed and a great service, i really can't complain at all.

Service and Reliability are average. Sometimes will take a bit to get someone on the phone who is knowledgeable. Mostly there is good uptime - there's been the occasional issue, or if we need to modify account settings.
We support a few clients using AT&T so this isn't just one occurrence of issues.

along with their mpls, we used ptp lines as well. ATnT efficiently connects to our office buildings while we can manage routing. They also have dashboard to manage all services. i prefer ATnT more than many of the available providers. #spicywan

It is just right when you want o deploy more than 10 connectiions at a time. Their comprehensive, relevant Service Level Agreement is often satisfied with customers. They offered fully tailored services and will make sure the whole service is commissioned and handed over to you properly. great tech support as well. #spicywan

Being on a small MSP team, we have worked with AT&T a number of times. It seems like their best days were in the past. When issues come up, whether it be a request service change or weather causing issues on service, it takes above normal time to get someone knowledgeable in support. As of recent, things are getting better, uptime also better and we pay for the service we get.

Setting this up with the technicians and support was a nightmare. The lack of knowledge on how to setup and configure the devices was astonishing. Once they finally sent us the correct fiber cable ( which they had no idea which was the correct one, we had to tell them) and we got everything up and running it has been good service.

AT&T is such an enigma. On the one hand, the service is fantastic once it is up and running. We very rarely have downtime, rarely have any issues at all really, and our internet speeds and price are almost always better than the competition.
However, they're a pain to deal with. We've had issue after issue after issue trying to get technicians on site, and having them complete the job when they finally do get on site. Every project that we've had that involved AT&T would go dormant waiting on AT&T. They also seem to lack common sense. One of our locations is in a shared building, when AT&T came out to put in our connections, they put the DMARC in the section of the building we don't own. It's not even a shared space. We'd be at the whim of another business to access our DMARC! This in and of itself would be bad enough, but we told them about this situation in advance, and they still put it in the wrong spot. And that's just the tip of the iceberg, I have a dozen more stories just like that.
All in all, AT&T is solid. The data is fast and reliable. Ultimately that's what you want. But as a customer, I find them excruciatingly difficult to deal with.

As a user and a IT pro installing setting up these accounts for other users, things go well and I've had a number of successful transitions. We support a few small and medium size offices with moderate traffic.

we have use this for our client's site to site connection but initial configuration itself was trouble. We couldn't get someone who can actually resolve the issues on time and it wasn't pleasant memory to waiting to fix it.

We have 7 bonded T1's and out in the sticks. When it rains in the area all of the services go down. So when it works it works well, when it rains there is no service. Hoping to get fiber out here soon. #spicywan

We are using it for a long time. the product is great abut the customer services wasn't really good. but in times, it is getting better. I usually had to wait on line for 20 mins to get to them. but now it seems far better. #spicywan

Very Slow and Unreliable. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend. It may be a little cheaper then the rest but with how slow it is, it is not worth having. They have a terrible problem with not burring lines deep enough and they end up getting cut and having outages all the time.

At&t DSL was reliable for when we had it. As we grew, we simply had the need to upgrade. Customer service was helpful, billing was decently priced and it simply worked for us. I had to reach out to CS for a couple of matters and each time they resolved the issue quickly.

We are still trying to get this installed. AT&T just needs to get their act together because they had us build out our wireroom for their fiber to be run (including running conduit throughout the building) only to be told after months of research and buildouts, that they just realized they can't even get fiber into our building... #SpicySith

I've only dealt with AT&T business DSL a few occurrences. Not terrible support, but it could be better. They bound to their SOPs, and rather annoying when you are able to define the cause of a problem, and they rather you have them follow their step by step resolution program. Have to keep in mind it is DSL, and the speeds are only so fast. Recommend cable if possible. #Spiceworks

We have AT&T DSL service in our Miramar, FL location. The service is fairly reliable but we do not have any options as far a s speed goes. They only offer the FastAccess® Business DSL Direct Plus option. This has a download speed up to: 3.0 Mbps and upload speed up to: 384 Kbps in the area and there are not any options for more bandwidth. We use this service as a backup for this 15 user location but wish we had some additional options. We have this service in place since 2009.

We've had our DSL service since 1999, and except for a few outages during the first couple of years, it has been rock solid. We might hang on to the service as a backup connection, but I see the end of its run coming soon as other services become more practical.

We still have a few analog lines (DSL, security system, fax), but hope to have them replaced this year. The problem is they are just getting old, and non of the major telcos will run new lines. The 25 pair cable coming into our building has a number of pairs that are dead, which facilitated our move to PRI with Sonic for our PBX. I'm hoping that this year I'll be able to have voice brought under my purview, which will accelerate our move to newer technologies.

We have a couple clients in remote areas on a backup DSL account with AT&T. Along with configuration of a fail over process with our Sonicwall, this has proven quite useful. We have seen instances where there were cable outages, line cut by landscapers, etc - and DSL switched online and was always reliable.
Again, we don't use it too often so it's difficult to give a great rating. But, certainly reliable when needed. Customer support is average, nothing to brag about. They seem to be knowledgeable and can handle basic issues/requests without issue.

Speeds were extremely varied. Whenever we ran into an issue it would take days (sometimes weeks!) to have the issue resolved. Customer service reps are a joke and love to pass the blame to someone else. The price is decent if you wait for a promotion but you're better off avoiding the headache and taking your business elsewhere. #spiceworks

SInce switching from our PRI lines to this we have had nothing but problems. Phone calls constantly disconnecting as well as call quality issues. To the remote end we sound like robots or underwater. After many many many many man hours and resources wasted on troubleshooting our network, phones, switches, etc.. showing no issues on our end we are finally switching back to our original PRI lines (where we had no issues) We have tried working with ATT, our phone vendor, as well as outside consultants. We have calls recorded with the quality issues and the packet captures show no packet loss or jitter on our end. However it has taken a year for them to consider switching us back to our previous service. Even though this is a data integrated circuit we have a separate circuit for our internet traffic and this is only used for voice traffic and verified it is not a bandwidth related issue either. #spiceworks

If everything is working. No problem. However, the second you have any issue. Good luck. The only way I have found to get any type of response (response not resolution) would be to open a ticket, then contact our rep to have it escalated. Granted at this point even then it can take hours for a call back which is unacceptable especially if the circuit is down. Then good luck troubleshooting the issue with someone. Call and wait on hold for hours or schedule an appt. However, I cannot even count how many times a tech has not called or contacted us on a so called scheduled time to troubleshoot.

Once all the headache of getting the service installed was done, the service functioned as intended. However there was about a 1 week delay for our installation because they scheduled the technician to come when we were not available. Just like some of the other reviews confirm, the customer service was sub par. However the service was expected with what we paid for.

Customer service is bad. They do not bury their lines deep enough to where they are constantly getting cut. Following a problem you have to wait until the next day before stuff gets repaired. They offer no apologies and behave as its normal to have service interruptions. I cannot stress it enough stay away from them and any one who uses their lines.

Slow, Unreliable, Slow, Bad customer service, Slow. Bad experience, Slow. Does not compare to the wireless service at all, slow. May be a tad cheaper then the others but stay away i do not recommend. Have i mentioned yet that it is VERY VERY SLOW

Buyer beware, If you've had good rapport with AT&T good on ya, and I hope you enjoy your service. I cannot get straight answers from anyone at AT&T, regarding what number I should be calling for support, and when I call support they have trouble finding my account, some divisions use the primary phone number others use an account number, and others can use the address. I imagine that they as a company have gotten so big that it's become a crap-shoot as to what department you get sent to. In a recent call to support I was given repeat conflicting information, on top of bad support.

When things are up and running i would give them a top mark, BUT if something isn't working the customer service is the worst ever. My system went down and it was almost 2 days of constant phone calls and e-mails before I found someone to fix the issue. They had given our ip address to a different customer so I guess they had 2 unhappy customers for those 2 days. #spiceworks
