I have worked with two of our large clients who have Vonage Business. We were setting up for a multiple day onboarding and actually used the service while we were there. The calls were clear and delivery worked well. No hardware issues or problems for setup. Calls to call center went well and agents knew exactly what to do and got it right the first time. Eg. calls to set up VM to email, and calls in to reprovision phones. Overall would recommend.

Vonage worked with us to outfit our organization with a totally new VOIP phone system. They tailored a proposal to our precise needs, without any pressure to “upsell” us into features we don’t need. After installation, they worked worked with our team until everyone was comfortable with the system and its features. Customer service is the most important thing to my organization, and they’ve come through every time.

This is a great company for Voip phone. I just recently switched to them about a month ago, and service has been great. I was able to block so many of the unwanted calls, they have a do not call service for unwanted calls and it works great. Someone always picks up at customer service and resolves your problems immediately. You couldn’t ask for better service from a phone company. I am so glad we switched, saving about $100 dollars per month and the extra features on my phone are such a benefit with using Vonage. #spicysip

i was working for a company when our voip solution is acquired by voange and we decided to move to vonage itself. Vonage delivers clear call quality and simple setup. I always get very clear calls, and if I am away from home, Vonage transcribes the message very well so I can take action remotely. Service has never been interrupted! Love the extensions app for my smartphone. I can make and take calls using my home line. #spicyvoice

When I just switched from another provider and was very pleased with the level of support I just received from vonage . then it was Vocalocity and vonage gave us far better solution than before and we used for 3 years and i can say it was one of the best VOIP solutions we had. #spicyvoice

excellent company to work with. Tried a few other providers that "stretched" their marketing material and seemed very unorganized once you work with them. Business class voip. excellent customer service and tech support. very fast shipping. advanced features, constantly developing new features.

when it was Vocalocity, it was just great. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and they did not try to sell me anything beyond what I needed. but things changed with vonage and they try to push things over my side. the service was good but of the customer support is not great, we have to look something else.

It is not easy to install but If you can get it configured correctly and fully, it's a great system. Customer services is not that great . Some time you have to wait ages to get connected. i have used it for 1 year but decided to stay away.

When they start this service , there had none to beat them as their service was excellent but they hadn't change much with the time and technology. there are better services out there that can out smart vonage now. service quality is good but still uses very old apps and hardware setup to use this. i have used it for 1 year but not now.

We have not had a good experience using vonage. Our primary use for this line is a third line for conference calls. Maybe its the conference call service along with the vonage connection, but we have experienced several lost calls or way to much interference/echo/tunnel calls. #spiceworks

We started using it when it was Vocalocity. we have used it for years before moved on to another provider. Everything has worked as expected; setup has been simple; the sound quality is amazing. but they don't offer much features as Ringcentral so company decided to move to Ringcentral.

It is simply awesome, the service is great and the price is unbeatable. They have clear price clairty on wha tthey selling. The sales staff was very clear about prices and how billing worked. The company does not charge for each additional feature which makes keeping up with billing an ease, a huge problem that we experienced with our previous provider.

the system works if it installed correctly. but the initial setup is too much complicated and you wont get much support from them. I would avoid them if possible. Never had a nice experience but the product itself is really good. Quality is crystal clear and there is no latency. #spiceworks.

We went with vonage businesswhen there were no competetors for them. They were very cheap and easy to use on userend but it was never up todate to the market. we had to use their machine with every phone and wasn't feasible for us. but still a good solution for SMBs #spiceworks

Used this a few years back. The service was great when i used it. The call quality was great pricing was lower then standard phone services. It did however not offer text and video capabilities as some VOIP services do.
