In the time that we have had Broadside, it has been very reliable. There has been a few instances where it has been inaccessible, but support was quick to fix it. Dealing with support has been OK. price not not high compare to competitors so i don't mind recommending it to others. #spicysip

After years of frustration with my old phone line, my company decided to switch to BroadVoice, and, i have to say, I have been very impressed with the quality of the phone calls and the phone bills I have been receiving. they have great service, price is chepaer and everyone is happy. #spicysip

I am using BroadVoice for the past 12 months for a factory management client. Set up was pretty easy and we were able to add users as we've grown. These phone problems have vanished with our SIP trunk, and the headaches of missing out on closing sales have vanished. it is pretty cheap and clients like it. #spicysip
