it is better than average service for most users but for me it does everything but not backingup file permission and that is a deal breaker.I’ve had a Backblaze subscription for couple of months and I have to say that it works fine to backup your data and do an occasional restore. overall good for a basic user.

Great service and great price. Have been using now for 18+ months on my back. And have restored files without any problems.It keeps a versioned record of your files, so restoring an older version of a missing file is simple and intuitive. It's best, in my opinion, for small business and home use (PC's and laptops). Anything bigger, and I would go with an enterprise solution .

I’m actually a long time user of Backblaze and overall I’m quite happy with how my backups were running. performance was more than ok. It was not a resource hungry software that runs in background so very reliable even with less powered systems. #spiceworks

BackBlaze is a reasonably priced easy to use solution for backup online. There is any extra fittings to backup, it just do backup. you can also set private encryption and which makes it a top competitor among cloud backup file solutions. THe only issue is it is too simple. it lacks features others offer for free. #spiceworks

VERY reasonably priced, unlimited storage and set it and forget it backups.
Easy to use and doesn't get in the way of my users.
Business accounts are somewhat clunky (no central management interface and each user has to sign up on their own) but I do get a summary of what my users are consuming along with when their latest backup happened.
If you are a small shop then they make a LOT of sense.
Recovery can take a little bit at times to build but not bad, the self service option for users is also nice so they can restore their own data when needed.
