Fantastic service. We used to have T1 connections with this company (used to be TW Telecom) and never had any issues then either. in 10 years here, we have lost our internet connection once and it was because of a major power outage...as soon as power was back on, so was our fiber connectivity. #spicysip

Thus far we are two years into IPCentrex with Cox Business. It has stayed up pretty consistently. Support is good. The initial design and install took a while but was worth it. It's a reliable system with clear sound and consistent quality.

We have been using Cox Business here in Ocala, FL since the day we opened business. I have absolutely no complaints at all. Their service and support are impeccable. Our account manager (Jennifer) even called me recently to go over our account and saved us $90 a month over what we were paying. Just called out of the blue! That's the kind of service that keeps our loyalty We do have other options too. But I wouldn't even consider looking at them. Cox Business is dedicated to it's customers and I don't even have to think about our service. Cox Business is a good company that cares about it's customers and they deserve a good review. They have my loyalty!

My Oklahoma City company has been with Cox Business Services since I took over the IT Director position. I spearheaded the switch from our previous provider because I've known and trusted Cox Communications for a long time. Their cable Internet service is much more reliable, fast and stable than any other provider I've worked with. Cox regularly maintains and upgrades their network to provide better and faster service, and their Customer Service department and representatives are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

In addition to the basic Internet service, we had Cox set up a private network (SPN or "Metro-E" as they're calling it now) between our two offices - one in Oklahoma City, and one in Tulsa. The direct cable modem to cable modem connection is solid and has only ever given us maybe a day or two of issues in the near decade that it's been in service, which were always resolved quickly and efficiently.

I would *highly* recommend Cox Business to any company looking for a provider of a reliable Internet connection with excellent customer service and reasonable pricing.

We are an architectural engineering company with four locations in the midwest and almost 200 employees. Cox is our backup ISP and provides additional service to our branch offices across the states. We chose to add their services alongside Century Link due to their local reputation here in Omaha and the benefits provided to our company. They are friendly, timely, and professional with any and all of our concerns. Currently, we have no plans to discontinue customer relations with Cox and are regularly happy with their business. Even more, we've had two outages with Century Link in a year and zero with Cox. Removed only half a rating because we receive (arguably) better service from our primary ISP, Century Link. Overall we are very happy with Cox and look forward to future agreements with them.

We use Cox internet in a few of our mid west sites. Good up time, and good support. I do prefer them over any other ISP's that are in area. Support is easy to deal with, and they will credit the account back if down time is occurred due to there end without issue. #Recommeneded #Spiceworks

I feel like Cox really excels with their POTS system. I can't recall a time when our calls came in very clearly and I've never had an issue with billing or customer service. There are a few other providers I've researched that offer lower prices but the quality seems to be low as well. I highly recommend Cox Business for your POTS needs. #spiceworks

Internet speeds are mediocre at best, and the most frustrating thing is the constant dropped connection. Price is decent and the customer service reps are pleasant to work with, though. All in all, not a bad internet provider. #spiceworks

Their digital to analog conversion seems to work and our calls are very clear. I dont believe we have had a dropped call to date. Service price seems fair for what we are using it for. I would recommend this service over vonage any day of the week. #spiceworks

Its OK. Compared to the verizon fios service at our other location. Service uptime is consistent however the speeds are considerably slower than fios, but thats a known fact. All in all, not bad if you dont have any other options. #spiceworks

So far I have no problems. i had bad experiences from cox before but this one is looking great. but there is some bad policies around cox when it comes to cancelling and all. the service itself is great, no limit and all. we are getting speed enough to use all our needs. #spiceworks

Switched to this provider about 3 months ago. Had some difficulties during the transition to them but that was mainly our problem and not theirs, and inspite of it being our issue, they helped us out. Have only had one service problem during this time where one of our sites on our fiber ring went down, called their support team and they got it resolved very quickly. Been great so far.
