I used this for an SMB mainly because of their auto reroute service which calls to any 10 digit number in case primary unavailable. it turns out very good. They also provide a good quality failover and loa balancing service to big companies. Bit pricey but it is really worth it. #spicysip

EarthLink was used at a site I worked onsite IT for. Smaller scale office but the need to connect networks remotely. We had minor issues and the folks at EarthLink are nice to work with. As far as up-time goes we seen a very high rate and the service provided is above average.

We used them in couple of small offices and it was great. I never had to worry about it after deployment. not available nationwide but were happy with wherever they have. We had almost 100% up-time with no problems with connection. Highly Recommended . #spicywan

Early on we have adopted on a couple clients using EarthLink WAN. I don't have anything negative to say. In use with small to moderate sized clients located in different areas from each other. The service simply works and the clients are happy.

my first job as a network engineer was a project involving earthlink business MPLS WAN connection and i have to say the technical team helped me such when it comes to area where i was weak. we had to install around 10 sites with HQ and with their help it was a breeze but when it comes to customer service , i am not sure if they care about anything at all. may be they dont have any direct customer contact but technical team makes up for it. #spicywan

We've used EarthLink for a long time, and continue to do so. In some areas, we are limited to use them, but in others, we've gone with the decision to choose them over others. We've had consistent up time and good service for the small handful of clients we support. Talking with their support team generally goes well and we seem to always be in touch with knowledgeable folks. The sites are relatively small but have the need for access to other sites.

We had a 3 year contract with Earthlink Business Integrated MPLS and we had the best customer and technical support for the initial period of contract and after two years the customer support itself went really bad about the service responds and callbacks. their technical guys are top notch and always reliable.

I have installed earthlink MPLS to three companies and it has service quality they are offering. we get teh speed most time and engineers are very helpful. i never had any issues with them so really not sure how good customer service are but so far so good.

We used the EarthLink Business MPLS at the last doctors office where I was a Desktop Support Technician. Service was great and customer support was a little lacking. But their Tech Support was outstanding. We connected 5 offices and over 100 users with little to no down time. I would recommend their service if you are in need.

They provide the speeds that we pay for, but I always dread having to contact their support.... mostly because last time their guy came onsite to fix something, I had to show him which equipment was theirs (it has a big-ass "EARTHLINK BUSINESS" sticker on it.... duh). Basically, they are fine as long as you don't need onsite support, if you do, watch their tech like a hawk or they will "accidentally" disconnect other equipment they should not be touching. #spiceworks

We have a medium client location out in Jacksonville, TX that recently used Earthlink. The speeds were roughly 1.5 u/d and served as a fail-over when the primary Internet went down. Get what we pay for and it works when needed. Medium office and staff is usually behaved using only when they need, so no bottlenecks when we have to switch to secondary.
Customer Service was friendly and did an average job for support. I'd recommend for the area.

We utilize the MPLS WAN service to connect almost two dozen sites and nearly 300 users, back-hauling everything to our corporate office. We also connect in our Disaster Recovery site.
Utilizing Ethernet and T1 lines the service is fairly reliable and simplifies the handling of traffic.
The downside is there is often an extended period of time waiting to talk to customer support, typically 30 minutes to talk to a person then waiting for a callback on the generated ticket which can take hours or more.
We've also had issues with getting access to their customer portal.

The internet is good as it is going to get with DSL. Support is very friendly, but only useful for a fail over if you have other higher speed options in your area. Only issues that I can honestly say are speed. You can only go so fast with DSL #Spiceworks

We haven't been this satisfied with a service for quite some time. Our standards are high and finding a company that provided top quality service and customer service seemed impossible until we found these guys. #spiceworks

Earthlink has to be one of the most reliable managed servers out there today! With great service and even better customer support, I certainly can't complain. I highly recommend giving earthlink a try, you won't regret it. Their support it extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. The service they provide is first class.
