Before our switch we had TMobile for organization staff. We should have done some homework before purchasing. We were promised deals that didn't exactly pan through 100%, but were able to get by. I wasn't a fan of their support or wait times to get a number transferred or set up a new employee. Call coverage was OK but nothing HD clear. I believe they have improved some since our switch, but definitely wouldn't switch back.

Very poor service and internet speeds. Constant packet loss and dropped signal. Customer service rep was extremely unhelpful. The price is good but for the service you're better off with any other competitor. #spiceworks

A previous employer used T-Mobile for all staff members and the service was awful. We constantly had dropped calls, and the few calls that did go through were grainy and distorted. We kept them for about 6 months before switching to a competitor and never looked back. #spiceworks

Have used T-Mobile for 5 years when we went from BB to iPhone. Service has always been great and the coverage area has been expansive. Works well for us as an enterprise solution. I would recommend for small to large sized companies. #spiceworks

Lots of issues with T-mobile service. Used it for a few months and had data loss issues and the customer support representative was a little less caring for our situation then they should have been.

Price wise this appears like one of the better providers on the market. however, customer service is weak and is often needed due to poor coverage and repeated outages and technical issues.

I am not a fan of T-Mobile wireless. My parents have it and there pricing is good but other then that there is nothing good about them. If you plan to get wireless I wouldn't get it through this company.

I do not like T-Mobile wireless at all. Eventhough their pricing is low and they do not make you sign a contract their service is very very very spotty and that trumps anything else they do well.
