Network Connectivity: As an incumbent carrier in China, China Mobile owns the majority of the last miles in Mainland China. We have more than 350 PoPs in China to enable our connectivity services for Therefore, we are able a whole suite of products in Mainland China, including IP Transit, DIA, MPLS, P2P, VPLS, SDWAN, Collocation, etc. Going beyond China, we have more than 170 PoPs internationally and we do have capacity in more than 45 submarine and terrestrial routes connecting globally. As a result, we are able to offer multiple flavors of product for international connectivity.
Managed Services: China Mobile is a top partner with mainstream equipment providers. We can help Enterprise clients to procure equipment and offer value added services in China & APAC. With the goal of one-stop shop experience in mind, China Mobile is committed to be flexible to meet up with clients’ various requirements in different environments. We could either help the customers to manage their equipment or re-design the entire network environment with end to end management. We have seen CM to be really successful in clients who are looking for “Network as a Service” experience that involves both connectivity and managed services.
Cloud Connections: Given the past years, cloud connectivity has been our strategic focus. CM is dedicated to partner with all the mainstream cloud providers, and provide underlying technologies to support layer 2 or layer 3 transport for either a simple direct connect or complex hybrid cloud connection.
Customer Service: Starting with the consumer business, CM is well aware of the value in customer service and customer support. We have a central NoC in HK and been building another one in San Jose to support all international clients.
