We've been on Jive now for a good while, I'd say 5 or 6 months. The pricing is amazing. The fact that each user gets their own GoToMeeting account is stellar. The phone equipment was really affordable... support has been mostly ok. My only complaint about the support has been the hold times. That said, they're super smart and get things fixed correctly. Call quality is great. Support even helped us with making adjustments on our firewall to improve quality above the standard QOS rules.
My major nitpicks are that this system does not seem to scale well in regards to support. There are no easy ways to make mass updates. If you need to make a change to every single phone, for example, adding a custom button... you literally have to go in one by one. Also, it would be nice to get more customization on audio queues on the physical phones. When someone intercoms into your phone you can barely hear a tone. It's a little creepy. Aside from those nitpicks, everything is working great and we've saved a ton of money over our previous traditional phone system with seperate long distance carrier.

AN easy to set up solution that comes with enterprise class virtual PBX. easy to navigate and a very helpful support documentation. but their interface can be a bit better . They need to revamp their main console otherwise it is useless these days. #spicyvoice

i used jive for 3 years before 2 years and i loved everybit of it.Jive is really good value for the money you spend if you want to migrate from traditional phones. I would recommend this company to the SMBs looking for an enterprise appearance! but they could make their app a bit better. i have used it last year but not sure about now.

i installed jive voip for a new starting company. deployment cant be any easier. . Perfect for a company with no onsite IT tech. Sales was fantastic, support just as good.The only issues I ran into were equipment related which was easy to resolve by adding equipment capable of supporting SIP traffic and QoS rules.

Jive are more than average VOIP setup . they are really good in voice quality and customer support. i set this up for a client and we had initial configuration issues with their sytem but they helped to fix it and they are now happy. They do have online chat support that can be instant, but for troubleshooting technical issues , you better call and some time it takes time to connect. apart from that, they are a great company.

We're beginning our 4th year on Jive Communications. Very happy and it just keeps getting better and better. You are not nickeled and dimed for every feature you may need. It is all included. Need more auto-attendants? It's included. Need custom call queues? Included. Conference calling? Included. Internet faxing? Included. Call from any device? Got it. Too many features to list - all stuff that used to cost extra in the telco world, but now should be part of any package. My monthly per device and per line never changes and I have more features and customization than when we had our own in-house PC-based PBX (Altigen - no slouch) and a PRI (together a lot more expensive and a lot less flexible - but were necessary for effective operations).
Setting up - you can be completely hands-on - or let them do the config.
Reliability? Any VOIP is subject to the usual issues of your Internet connection or carriers along the way. Sounds like an issue, but no worse than what we encountered with AT&T for our PRI (T1). Rare, and quickly addressed. Reliant on Comcast here (Chicago), but even when we had local issues, simply used app on cell phones and didn't break stride. But when AT&T was down, we were down. No easy workaround with them. Again, pretty rare - and our business is phone centric. Our business (b2b debt collection - worldwide) doesn't exist without great phone service. Terrific rates on International calls & on inbound toll-free. Domestic outbound - included - unlimited minutes.
Have researched and even tested others. From my experience, no comparison in ease of use, features, service, and cost.

I have been pretty happy so far with Jive. I have had them for just a couple month and nothing majorly bad has happened yet but they have had some small issues. There support is very helpful and easy to deal with.

I have been quite happy with Jive. In the past couple of months they have had some problems with Internet 2....but that was all cleared up and they are always friendly on the phone with support!

i have used this for sometime. I would highly suggest going with Jive. While other vendors may offer comparable VoIP service, no one can beat the great support Jive offers.A few small glitches on operating the phone right at the beginning, but Jive has been very helpful in helping us get the kinks worked out
