i have used this for a brief period of time for our company acquisition. very easy to configure. i took only 3 hours to create a VDR deployment for 60 users and give administration policies to all users. e
Even if you have 100+ users, you will be able to upload it via excel sheet. you will get a short term contract from 1 month onwards so dont have to spend a lot in vein.
currently using their virtual data room for three months. i was searching for a short term lease and couldn't find any less then one ear contract other than secure doc. They offer monthly, quarterly or annually contracts and which are good for small businesses. they dont have any file size limitation and we are quiet happy with their service.
i am currently using secure docs mainly because it is one of the few VDRs who offer less than 6 months contracts. It is all you can use for $300/month kind service and this is enough for 100 users to manage their files. Plus they sent me a bottle of fine sauvignon blanc as a gift. Can't be happier :)
I have used securedoc VDR for due diligence for couple of times. They are very simple and very easy to use. uploading files/folders and really fast and you can drag and drop. i have tried man VDRs but never find anything better so far that is so simple for users. usually go for $300/month quarterly contract but you can get monthly rolling contract as well.
we are using this for 1 year and i love it. It only took me 2 hours to configure everything for a data-room for 40 users. I had tried importing users via excel sheet but it didn't work. so i had to do it manually. Account manager reply to any queries you have. they don't have any help category in this regard but all you need is 2 x 15 minutes videos to configure everything.
