ESET has been doing us well. It's low key, runs quietly in the tray and has good reporting. I haven't encounter issue with the software itself, it's doesn't take up much resources on our systems and runs stable. We only had an issue when a couple PCs had other AV software on it and there was a bottleneck. One user didn't like the white robot looking at her (splash screen) every time we logged in, so we disabled that . All in all - great choice.
We have ESET set up at one of our medium sized healthcare facilities. The setup is easy to use and we grated the admin over there access to manage the account (no need to be technical) - easy GUI and ability to perform necessary functions. We have not had any technical issues to day (after a year of use).
It is a great product. always Light footprint and very easy to setup and maintain. Allowing individual users to self-manage spam and white/blacklist was great, while administrative oversight could focus on only higher value risks. I was extremely happy with the functions, support and cost benefits of this service.
Pricing was competitive and there was no complaints with the service performance.
