As a leading provider of managed IP communications services in North America, they do service far better than other in same area. We've been very fortunate to have a great account manager and access to the correct people that have made things happen in locations where connectivity was difficult But as usual, customer service is bad. Everything was working fine and it hit a downtime and we got one of the worst support and i should say, as long as everything works, it is a good solution.#spiceworks

We are in a manufacturing plant that has about 100 systems that need internet access as well as a reliable connection to transfer data to our central office. We have used TWC for many years and have had great success. Service is very reliable and when there is an issue, (usually weather related as we are in New England) it is resolved quickly. I would recommend them to any business s owner who needs a reliable connection. Stay spicy TWC! #SpicySith

A few of our healthcare facilities have Broadview T1 as a secondary ISP for failover. To this date there are no incidents that I can report of having issues with it going down. It is T1 internet, so it is is what it is. I have not had the need to contact support. Great up time though! #Spiceworks

They provide the speeds that we pay for, but I always dread having to contact their support.... mostly because last time their guy came onsite to fix something, I had to show him which equipment was theirs (it has a big-ass "EARTHLINK BUSINESS" sticker on it.... duh). Basically, they are fine as long as you don't need onsite support, if you do, watch their tech like a hawk or they will "accidentally" disconnect other equipment they should not be touching. #spiceworks

The service is expensive but really the only option in our rural area. Have had several outages over the years which I wouldn't expect from a T1 carrier. Tried installing their fiber but didn't get the speeds as promised. Didn't work, we had to go back to our T1. Needless to say, it was a painful experience. #SpicySith
