My previous employer used Flowroute and we never had an issue with the quality of our calls. We appreciated the free trial and felt that they were reliable enough to handle any issues that arose quickly. Customer support was always quick to respond. #spicysip
Best thing about is flowroute is their customer service. They provided me with very detailed logging assistance to see exactly what was happening and which led to the actual issue in my configuration. their web interface is very neat and up to date. #spicySIP
Setup is a bit complicated compared to other ones but the sound quality is really great. Customer service is not their quality and i felt lack of communication a lot times. POrting PSTN took nearly two weeks it was a long process #spicysip
Flowroute has been a positive experience for our law firm client- from sales to on boarding and now support. Very helpful with allowing contacts to reach them to add lines or change up ring groups. Good admin dashboard to care of all necessary functions. I haven't heard anything negative on call quality. Would share the word to say they are dependable and support above average.
I used flowroute for more than 4 years . Their support team is something worth mention and they are really great when it comes to support what ever you need to do. also they have great pricing. if i have a chance again , i will definitely use flowroute again. #spicysip
Flowroute has been our phone provider for over 2 years now. I’ve always received great service from them (second to none!) and they’ve always been willing to help me work through whatever issues the internet has thrown at me. Even getting Fax over VOIP to work! Awesome service, reasonable pricing and reliable, low lag connectivity. Fulfills our needs! #spicysip
Customer support is fast, responsive, and have gone above-and-beyond when I have asked about esoteric technical issues that weren’t really their problem. They’re quick to post/tweet about (rare) service outages, which saves me the grief of troubleshooting when it’s outside my control. Their prices seem good (the service is good enough that I haven’t looked around just to save a few pennies) and the features are great.
I have tested this mainly because they offered free trial and quality was great and voice was crystal clear. They also support multi platforms but customer service is not that great . i didn't get proper response from them even during trial so decided not to take it
Not currently using it, but when I was at my previous job we were using Flowroute. It was working ten times better than our other SIPS. Setup was a breeze and the free trial was a must in order to make sure that it was what the client was looking for. Everything worked out and the client ended up going with Flowroute and haven't looked back since.
