in my previous firm, we have used reing central for 5 years and Service with RingCentral has been just barely acceptable over the years then. but recently i have installed it for a client and it is really awesome. Customer service is great and can't find any fault. very easy to manage and deploy now. #spicyvoice
I started using this in my previous company where i tested this and installed for 100+ users. it is one of the easiest VOIP system I deployed. easy to manage users even via phone and there are no learning curve for users. our mareting were using it via mobile so they didint have to miss a call.
i have tested ringcentral and now i know where i am going to when i needd another VOIP soluton. it is very easy to deploy as everything work seamless. even though apps are really good hte website itself is a bit too complicated and they should do a neat interface to kepp customers happy. but other than that, i think it is one of the best solution for small and medium companies.

i am using ring central for 3 years and i quite liked their service. We have ringcentral for around 3 years now for around 100+ users and we like the system very much. Not very easy for users at first but you will get to it. their customer service is really great as i never had to wait to take calls. SO far we never had a serious outage and we are quite happy with their service.
I am using this for years and never had any issues. always up and very easy to use. Calling via app cant be any better, even basic users can handle it. changing extensions and call forward and other management cant be any better. my users who travel abroad love this service as they never misses a call.
I have used ring central in my previous company. when i needed to move out from analog lines, i have tried three solutions and went for ringcentral and it was a good decision i made. it is very easy to use and manage. everything comes in an app. you can change literally everything from anywhere in the world. The best VOIP service i had ever used. I never had any issues with them especially on down time. my users are very happy that we moved to ringcentral , especially marketers who travels around europe who can get calls in their phone app or in lapop. management cant be any easier.
