Everything from signing up for an account to configuring a website (or series of pages) has been easy and helpful for our team in assisting clients. Many options, we use this for those with simple site needs or advanced. Support is generally quick and GoDaddy service has greatly improved.
I have been using Godaddy as a personal web host for awhile, and have been recommending to others. Aside from the major outage a couple years back, I've had excellent service with them. Godaddy is great for an individual or a small business looking to get up and running in little time.
I've contacted CS various times for my own needs/assistance as well as on behalf of other friends and clients I have helped setup. They are professional and very knowledgeable.
i am using shared hosting from godaddy for more than 6 years. i am only using for static wordpress pages and i cant really find any problems with it. the control panel itself is a big problem as it has too many option to select and often confuse users.
The same feelings for the review for the small businesses. We have a few clients that use the hosted exchange with GoDaddy. I mentioned in previous reviews that I'm not very fond of the web interface, as it is seems unorganized/sloppy. The email issues are minimal, and support is very easy to reach. I would recommend using Intermedia, or Microsoft themselves for Office 365 (hosted exchange)

I've always had a positive experience working with Godaddy and assisting in setting up clients. We go this route for webhosting and website creation for businesses with small needs "just to get out there". As we have been using it, we had set up more complex sites using Joomla and WP content management systems. Service stability has been running well and when dealing with support, it generally goes OK. Sometimes will need to pass along to an additional representative.
I use GoDaddy to host a few of my websites, and really hate the web interface. The uptime is great, and when making DNS changes it is quick to replicate among the servers. Support is ok, some times you really need to be firm with them over the phone to get the proper assistance, but you will get a resolution. The only drawback that leaves a bad taste in my mouth is the web interface, it seems very sloppy and not organized. #Spiceworks
unlike shared webhosting, they offer far better service for VPS service. they offer guarantee uptime and money back guarantee. i prefer cpanel over plesk and they have the same and their linux systems are far better than most of the other vps i have used. Now it comes with dedicated IP for our VPS solution which is a plus.
Godaddy shared web-hosting is cheap enough to attract small business. But godday does not have proper support it and does not have email or live chat support so i have to call him and wait on call to talk. it is frustrating. If there is email or live support then it would be great.
We have set up our one website with Godaddy mainly for price and to get up and running quickly. This is a great setup for our small business, but I'm sure can be for one of any size. Quick support when calling on phone and reliable service and site uptime. Glad to have gone with this decision and the included web templates make it a breeze to get started.
Godaddy cloud VPS are really better than shared hosting. I've been using mine for 6 months now and I find it to be very good. It is significantly faster and more responsive than the VPS that I have tried. IT is also using cpanel and i love cpanel over plesk so it is very easy to manage all websites in VPS. IT comes with webdev tool, a flexible Website Builder is an excellent website-building tool as an addon to VPS.
I use goDaddy for all of my domains and the pricing is unmatched. I have had to call support a few times, and they were very helpful. Service for our business has been great with GoDaddy for all of our domains and email hosting. I would recommend them to anyone.
One of the cheapest and relieble shared hosting. purchasing is so hard that you cant really find a way to checkout because of too many "free offering" but once you get used to it , it is one of the best in this kind. good customer service and fast systems makes Godaddy a top contender in this area. i have experiencewith 1and1 and namecheap but when it comes to static stites, i prefer Go daddy.
I have a brief experience with the Hosted Exchange aspect of Godaddy, but in that brief encounter it was really difficult working with their Exchange techs. However, I would say that their up-time was above par.
I had helped a friend migrate from Godaddy hosted exchange to the Godaddy O365. Their website guide wasn't working out well so I had reached out. First, I was told to go ahead and add an MX record to point to the new server and then begin the transition. Well, the transition got caught up and had an issue. Mail was now working halfway and not everything was coming through. I changed it back, and they outgoing email for outside the domain had issues sending, What a mess.
Eventually, after speaking with two or three different techs we were able to begin the migrate. It got caught up again because one hosted mailbox was a separate domain and I needed to get a TXT record on "that" domain. Wow.
The total downtime was about a full work week, I felt pretty bad. Outside of my control as I followed all the steps Godaddy provided me with.
Great company for web hosting. Prices are very affordable and service has been great. I have recommended this company to many of my clients who are looking for their first or next web host for their website. File management is easy to use and I would recommend GoDaddy over network solutions any day. #spiceworks
GoDaddy is a fantastic webhost. I rarely have any issues with any of my sites. However, the odd 1-2 issues I've had to fix via their customer service has been painful and tedious. Overall they offer a great service for little cost. #spiceworks
If you are looking a a good VPS solution I would suggest GoDaddy. They are one of the best VPS solutions for Small web hosting companies. It is really nice that they provide unlimited bandwidth with some of the packages they have. Their custome server has been really great for me. I would deffinelty recommend to a friend. #spiceworks
I like godaddy because it is very cheap with mediocre performance in speed but some time it is rally painful to get though to customer service. i am using cpanel for managing websites. I usually dont have issues with bandwidth with godaddy which is a plus
Godaddy is provided with the features it provides against such a low cost. but comes with a price. We purchased a VPS from GoDaddy. It's extremely slow. It's bloated. The software it came with was extremely outdated. Looks like Godaddy is no more interested if they lose their clients because of their unprofessional behavior and pathetic services. #spiceworks
i am not really a fan of godaddy shred hosting. they have a cluttered interface to manage everything and there are too much unwanted items in dashboards. usually they dont have any downtimes but bandwidth is limited and you could feel it. i try to stay away from godaddy shared hosting if possible.
if you are good with linux and apache then it is meant for you. it doesn't come with any cpanel and if you haven't tried before buying it, you might be in trouble. Their Standard VPS support doesnt cover any of the softwre support, just hardware so make sure you know what you are doing.
But if you are ok with all those above , it is a great solution for private hosting. i highly recommend it .
I really like using godaddy. GoDaddy builder has a very intuitive user interface, so you won’t get overwhelmed with a lot of useless bells and whistles. but GoDaddy’s website builder currently doesn’t support ecommerce functions so not good for store startups. Also I have always received amazing customer support from the Go Daddy.
i am using Godaddy shared hosting for years and i have seen good , bad ugly side of them. But overall, they are doing their best to keep customers and it is working. they provide cheap shared hosting accounts and it is great for price. you cant expect all best quality when it comes to shared hosting but i never had bandwidth issues or too long downtime. Never had DDos attacks like had with namecheap so pretty happy with them #spiceworks
I have been with GoDaddy for almost 6 years and through many different web sites and projectsTrue, their interface may seem a little overwhelming at first sight, but you get used to it. But I have always been extra happy with their customer response time. I do not like their c-panel, I find it very hard to understand and move around in, but whenever I have to go in there and can't find what I'm looking for in the first few minutes, I call. #spiceworks
Godaddy VPS are the one of the best VPS solutions for Small web hosting companies. i tend to keep all my websites within VPS as it is very faster than shared hosting from godaddy. they provide unlimited bandwidth with certain packages and it think i have never been capped with it. I find customer serice is really great even though there are a lot complains about them #spiceworks
Used shared hosting from godaddy before and i can say it is not very great but not more than average solution than most providers. easy to fireup any websites and connect to domain within Godady and you can get it a lot cheaper if you looking for coupons. their support is not bad either. #spiceworks
i mainly use godaddy shared hosting for those domains registered to godaddy. IT is a painless way to integrate both so always go for it if either of them uses. Hosting a pretty cheap compare to other major players and i can say it is faster than most big players in shred hosting. the interface is bit cluttered but you can get past that very fast. #spiceworks
I use GoDaddy for all my web projects. Their prices can't be beat and they have really good customer service. I prefer their Linux hosting with CPanel when using shared hosting, and it gives me the control I need to perform many tasks without a call to tech support.
