As an MSP I have supported a client remotely with IT needs and they utilize copper solutions from Verizon. Although we haven't set it up to work with service/sales, I can say managing the network for up time and speed has been great. Physical servers and VMs are used at this healthcare facility and have a high demand for uptime and remote access. Connections are superb.
We use Verizon fiber internet across our office and data center locations in the US and are very happy with performance - never had any issues really ...when we need help, it is easy to establish contact with Verizon
We've seen many clients we support very satisfied with Verizon's service. When there is the occasionally need for support Verizon call queue is generally low. There is a good chance to get someone knowledgeable so that you don't have to waste your time. Medium and Large sized clients using this service.
Verizon team support you with every aspect of the service including design, deployment, monitoring and when it come to support they are not great but they do their best. i had a personal experience of them sending a starter and end up me doing all the work. may be it is one time issue but still costs us money. #spicywan
Verizon Business Ethernet Private Line is a fully managed, high-bandwidth point-to-point transport service for Ethernet frames. It is one of the best available now. perfect for Remote Backup and Storage Area Networking applications. they provide extensive nationwide network so whenever we want private i line i prefer this . #spicywan
We've been a customer for over 3 years. The service and quality have been way above par and it was a good decision to move away from cable speeds. We have a large office and VPN needs for our remote location.
I haven't experienced any lengthy outages, so my calls into support are rare. Overall very satisfied.
Cons: It is sometimes difficult having the support rep assist "on my level". Occasionally a support call needs to be escalated to someone who can help correctly.
We run our ITMS over Verizons high speed internet service since October 2015, so far so good, never any downtime, hardly ever have to reboot the router. We run almost 5 servers acting as VMware vSphere 6 hypervisor hosts with about 20 vm's per host and not one of the users experiences any slowness. I'll have to say that we're happy so far.
We are currently using the Verizon business fiber at more than 50 locations. We have never had any real issues with the services and it was proven to be reliable. I would recomend this to anyone who needs to stay connected with a remote site and needs a solid service that you can depend on.
I thoroughly enjoy having business class fiber at the office. We have upgraded from Cable and it was quite a different in steady speeds and reliable up-time. We have the entire bundle at a moderate cost. This is the first ISP we try to seek out when setting up for new clients for their professionalism, service and quick response times.
This is our primary ISP at the office, and there has been no downtime for the three years that we have had it. The only downtime we incurred was due to a power outage. Fast speeds that are consistent to what we are paying for, and I do not have any complaints aside from the bill being a little bit higher than most. However the service they provide is worth it, so it is an easy bill paid. #Spiceworks

Analog Lines (POTS)
We use Verizon POTS lines in our NY location mainly as backups in case our PRI from Windstream goes down. They are reliable and gives us level of redundancy we can rely on. We do have some issues with a limited amount of good pairs in our area but if we have an issue they are able to move the line to a good working pair. We have 12 POTS lines and have had them for the last 20+ years.
Excellent service and reliability. Equipment could use an upgrade or better provider. But the speeds are untouchable in the industry. Cant beat the price for the service either, much more affordable than cable internet for the speed thats provided. And its verizon, if google was in the area i would certainly choose them, but verizon would be #2. #spiceworks
Verizon has always been great for me. They have fixed everyone of my issues and very quickly at that. I would recommend Verizon's service to a friend or coworker. We have had almost no downtime.
Best in class service. Record response times to service requests. We have used their service to connect our offices for a rock solid citrix connection that has only been down a few times in the years that we have used them.
Very fast responses and they always get our issue's fixed. I would recommend there service to a anyone that is in their service areas. We have had little to no down time with Verizon service.
