I LOVE Nextiva. The level of customer service you provide is amazing! In a world where customer service seems to be last -- you have made it first. We use our Sip trunking for our sales and support calls. It has improved productivity in our business while saving money every month. Love it!
A previous company that I was employed with used Nextiva and had zero issues with the quality, which was extremely important to the business because the staff was on the phone 24/7. Customer support was extremely helpful and as far as I know the company still uses Nextiva, as they had no plans to switch providers when I left. #spicysip
I installed and used Nextiva for an year and I was impressed with their services. I did not have the opportunity to stay with them because of a merger , we had to use parent company system. The service was better than Fonality that I had been paying for 4 years. They even gave me some money back. #spicysip

We tried 8x8 and nextiva for a client installation and went for nextiva. Nextiva’s SIP trunking service also provides a great deal of functionality. With a flat monthly rate, you can easily predict and manage your spending. They also provide unlimited calling bundles with some deals and there are much clarity on bill. customer service is not bad apart from sometimes, you have to wait to get hold someone. #spicysip
Overall very satisfied with our phone service. we had couple of issues with them but it was mainly with billing team and it took some time to sort it out as their communication is not that great. just make sure there are no hidden cost before you take contract and you will be fine.
When i started a jo with a startup company, we started with nextiva sip and it was perfect for the company. As a single IT person, i never needed to contact support and even if need to call, they know all about the product. i am happy with their service and i dont really find any problem with them. #spicysip
Nextiva in a couple words, I would have to say peace of mind. The technology and features they have are excellent. They have an awesome support staff that has been extremely helpful with all of my questions. Overall they are a very reliable company and seem to only be getting better each year. They provided a free trial and answered a lot of questions. I really like the system. Great technical team behind the scene. system works perfectly and have more transparency about cost. solution is worth for the money.
We have been using Nextiva for some time as an MSP, and we also set this up for clients. Generally in use for small/medium business size. Benefit to see status on the desktop app, if someone is available, on the phone, etc. Nice feature to have chat integrated also. Would recommend.
