We originally signed up with Windstream over 3 years ago. We have 4 locations that supports a total of 120 users. We setup fiber at 2 locations and use MPLS to connect to all 4. The fiber connection at the 2 locations is extremely reliable. After our initial 3 year contract we increased the bandwidth from 10 Mbps to 20 Mbps at each of the locations with fiber. From a technical side of things I have no complaints. My problem with this carrier was the customer service support. At the end of the contract it was hard to get in touch with anyone. I believe they were going through some changes but we never could get an answer on anything. Eventually it got better and now we do not have any issues. That is the reason for the lower score.

The Managed Office product from CenturyLink wasn't the most feature rich phone system we evaluated, but the bundle of aggressively priced MPLS, managed switches along with hosted VOIP sold the product. We have now used it for a year and Centurylink has added numerous features to the VOIP product and continues to improve the value. #spiceworks

We had a 3 year contract with Earthlink Business Integrated MPLS and we had the best customer and technical support for the initial period of contract and after two years the customer support itself went really bad about the service responds and callbacks. their technical guys are top notch and always reliable. #spicywan

We signed up with Level 3 over 3 years ago when we moved to our current location in Downtown LA. The internet service is extremely reliable and at an excellent low price. I would recommend Level 3 over other companies hands down.

Zayo has been providing us our Data and Voice (VOIP) service for 4 years now. They have been a pleasure to work with. There have been a few times our phones have stopped working and they were great to trouble shoot with to figure out why they went down and to stop it from happening again. They also are able to do most of the upgrading of the firmware for us (central push server). The Broadworks platform they use for VOIP has some quirks that I could do without (such as the tool bar that is not updated quickly enough to be use-able on Chrome or Firefox), but overall the system works well. I do wish we had voicemail to text capabilities but the emailed voice mails already helps a lot. #spiceworks
