Your company is looking for a new phone system and you’re looking into Cloud PBX options.

And one of the ideas that came to your mind is, “Hey, what features should we be asking about?”

Well, I can tell you one of the features you may want to really consider, especially if you’re talking about a mid-sized company, is single sign-on, SSO.

So, you really want to look into that. Don’t overlook that. And for obvious reasons…

Isn’t this standard?

Some service providers offer it, and some do not.

And if you care if your users are having to log into a separate app all the time and not use your single sign on app that you’re already using, then you really want to look into this. Otherwise, like I said, if they don’t offer it, all of your users are going to have to be signing onto your Cloud PBX app, separate than all the other applications they’re using for single sign-on.

So, I hope that helps a little bit.
