Have you ever noticed that one of your colleagues is simply better than you, at your job?
It’s a difficult thing to admit but you can’t help but notice that this person next to you has the same years of experience but they can simply do the job better and faster than you… and they seem to do it with ease.
Well, that’s what happened to Ryan Johnson, early on in his IT career. Just when he thought he was pretty good at this IT thing… he ran into a situation where he knew he had less natural talent than the person next to him.
But instead of fighting it, like the rest of us have done, Ryan took a different approach. He actually went to his manager and admitted it! And it was a turning point in his career, that helped him get to where he is today.
Currently, Ryan is the Head of Operations for Keap. We think you’ll love his story!
