If your company uses Salesforce, then you might have heard of the Einstein one AI platform. It’s a pretty cool platform that uses AI and it does things like Next Best Action and so some cool stuff within Salesforce. But the problem is, is that Salesforce doesn’t have the best call center software application. So they have a way of becoming also your call center software provider, but it’s not really the best of breed. So it’s really better to get the best of both worlds and go with Salesforce for your CRM. Keep that, but then go with a third party for your call center software application. But that being said, how do you really make sure that the two are working well together so that applications like Einstein one AI platform is integrated well with the call center software. So there’s a way to do that and I’m explain that in this video.

Salesforce isn’t the best call center

So as I mentioned at the beginning of the video, the problem is, is that Salesforce, if you have it today, that’s really the best of breed for CRM application and so is their Einstein AI platform in terms of, you know, integrating A.I. in the salesforce. But at the same time, Salesforce is not the best application to use for your call center software, for your contact center software as it’s now called. So the problem is, is, hey, how do you make sure those two talk together so that you can really fully utilize Einstein One A.I.? Well, the way you do that is,

1. Meet your company’s requirements

number one, make sure you pick a contact center solution that does everything you need. So best of breed has all the bells and whistles and features that you need to really research that I can help you with that. More information or not at the end of the video, but pick the right contact center vendor. Don’t pick Salesforce.

2. Has a pre-built integration into Salesforce

Number two, choose a cloud contact Center software solution that has a top notch integration with Salesforce. So almost every cloud contact center solution out there will say they have some type of plug in or connector or integration with Salesforce, but those are not all created equal. Some are vastly different. So you want to really make sure that you’re picking a company that has fantastic integration with Salesforce, especially when it comes to things like the Einstein A.I. platform.

3. Show you the integration with Einstein 1

Okay. The third thing you want to do is once you get to that point and you found a great integration, you want to make sure you have the service provider demonstrate that specific integration for your company’s specific use cases. So, for instance, you might want to see if you say you’re using the Einstein one platform through webchat and a customer wants to change their move date. So say they’ve said, Hey, we want to move our services or we want to do a move and they want to call in and change that move date and they’re going to use A.I. to do that because that’s something I can easily do for them with the large language model, right? So does the cloud call center software integrate with Salesforce to the ability where Salesforce is able to pick up on the call coming in? What the caller is saying and change the actual move date in the Salesforce CRM software. So the two are actually talking together seamlessly. So that’s something you want to make sure you demo that or whatever other use case your company has for using the call center to really capture a requests through AI and have those requests carried out within Salesforce.
