How to record all calls

Okay. So how do you get kind of the best of both worlds? How do you get Microsoft teams phone system for your company but still have the ability to do a feature that Microsoft teams phone system does not have, which is record all phone calls all the time, record all your calls so that your management can have access to those calls for purposes or things like that. So if that’s just a standard practice in your business today and you need to continue to do that, but you want to move to Microsoft teams phone system, what do you do?

Use DRaaS with Teams Phone System

Well, what you do is you use a third party service provider for the dial tone for Microsoft teams phone system. In particular, I would recommend using a direct routing as a service provider. So what they’re doing is they’re providing dial tone through Microsoft teams, but they’re actually doing it through their own cloud P, b, X phone system application. So in essence, you really using their phone system application to power your Microsoft teams phone system experience. So all of your users use Microsoft teams phone system. So they’re using their cloud phone system application to power teams. So all the calls are being recorded in their cloud phone system.
