Overall, this was some good data for anyone in the market for hosted Microsoft Exchange although this data will improve over time, as our sample size grows. we would also like to hear more about customer experiences with the hundreds of other service providers that sell Hosted Exchange… not just the big guys.
Our final thought was that we are not surprised that reliability and support are top-of-mind with you IT professionals but we are a little surprised at how often the interface is mentioned as a high-point. In hind-sight, it makes sense that happy users means happy IT!
