Your company is in the market for Microsoft teams phone system and you’ve heard of call Tower as an operator connect vendor and you’re thinking that might be an option for you, but maybe you haven’t heard of call Tower. You don’t know anything about them and you’re wondering, Hey, is this a company that we might want to look into? Well, I’ve been selling Call Tower for many years, since even before they started selling teams phone system. And so I want to do a video on them and tell you what my thoughts are on call Tower and give you my review on them. My name is Mike Smith. I’m the president of Aerocom. Let’s put our heads together on this.
My Recommendations
But first, if you’d like pricing or a demo from call tower, don’t call call tower directly. Actually, just contact me. Reach out, send me an email or give me a call (714.593.0011). It doesn’t cost you anything to work with me, and I’ll make sure you get teamed up with the right person at call Tower. It’s the guy I’ve been working with at Qatar for many, many years. He knows every single thing about teams phone system. He’s really good. So reach out to me. I’ll get you scheduled with a demo with call tower and get you some great pricing, especially if you’re a medium sized company. Something I’ll talk about later. Call Tower has a minimum user requirement, so you want to be at least 50 to 100 users or more in order for call tower to be a fit. If you’re a lot smaller than that, you might want to just go with Microsoft directly for teams phone. But if you’re a mid-sized to large sized company and you want to get pricing or them on call tower and possibly some competitors of theirs, reach out and contact me. Send me an email, give me a call. I would love to help you. It’s the reason why I do this video. So don’t hesitate. Reach out and let me know. Also, don’t forget to go to our website Aerocominc.com and make sure you subscribe to the channel so you don’t miss any of my future weekly videos that I put out.
This is for medium-large-size companies
Okay. So as I mentioned a second ago, this video is really for medium to large size companies. So more like 50 to 100 employees or more or I should say 50 to 100 phone system users or more. And the reason why this video is geared toward that, number one, that’s my area of expertise that’s that size customers I work with is medium to large size companies. So that’s where my experience resides. Also, call tower has a minimum requirement when it comes to the number of users that they will service. So that fits their requirement as well. So when you’re watching this video, keep that in mind. I just wanted to have a little disclaimer with that.
My Review on
Okay. So I’m going to go through ten different areas that I like to rate service providers on and I’m going to give call tower my score between one in 1010 being low, I’m sorry, one being low, ten being high. So I’m going to go through each one. And as you hear me go through each one of these, definitely take what I’m saying and adapt it to your company. So I’ll explain a little bit more about that at the end after I go through them all. So
Service Quality
number one is service quality. I give call tower A nine out of ten on service quality. I think they do a really good job. I’ve never had any complaints from customers on uptime from call tower with teams phone system operator connect so nine out of ten I don’t give them a ten out of ten because I haven’t really given anybody a ten out of ten on service quality. That’s really hard to do in my opinion. Customer service. I also give call tower in nine out of ten. They do a really good job with customer service. All my call tower teams operator connect customers are really happy with their customer service. They never have recurring issues that won’t go away, things like that. So they do a great job. Nine out of ten,
5 Year Viability
five year viability five years from now is call tower going to be around still and or they’re going to sell their company to someone else. It’s going to be a different name and maybe teams phone is going to be different, things like that. Well, I don’t think so. I give call Tower A nine out of ten on that one as well.Call tower is one of the largest teams phone operator connect vendors out there. It’s one of the first companies that started doing teams phone operator connect or teams phone direct routing back when Operator Connect didn’t exist. So one of the first companies that started providing dial tone for teams phone systems, So been around a long time, do a really good job for customers, have one of the largest market shares in this space, so I give them a nine out of ten. I think they’re going to be around in five years.

Features
I give call tower A ten out of ten when it comes to teams phone operator connect features. Now teams phone is going to bring its own features to the table. But in addition to that, what other value ads does call tower provide when it comes to teams? Number one call tower is also a CSP, so call tower can sell you the teams phone standard add on license for your 365 licensing and that allows them to support both the dial tone and phone numbers for your team’s phone operator connect and also the software version. So like if you guys have a software problem two years after you sign up and you’re like, Hey, I don’t know if your auto attendant software is working correctly, it doesn’t seem to be ringing the same way we configured it. So if there’s a glitch in the software, you can also call call tower. And if they’re your CSP, they can support you on the software for teams phone as well as the dial tone for teams phone. So they do that also with features they can allow you to do call analytics. They have an add on for that. They do call recording compliance, call recording. They can do analog support. So if you guys have overhead paging systems or fax machines or door access systems, you want to integrate into teams phone, they’re able to do that for you, which Microsoft can’t do directly. They also have Contact center and they’re also a GCC high provider. So if if your company needs that government type clearance, call tower can provide you GCC high with teams phone system. So when it comes to features they kind of have everything you need to help support teams phone system.
Administrative Experience
In terms of the administrative experience, I give call tower a nine out of ten on that they do a really good job. Hey they allow you to manage teams phone system through the Microsoft teams admin portal because operator connect allows that and call tower has their own portal that you can manage teams within as well where you can manage all these additional features that I mentioned before. So I give them a nine out of ten
Pricing
for pricing. I give call tower A seven out of ten, pretty good pricing, pretty competitive, not the lowest pricing out of all the other options for operator connect, but sometimes you get what you pay for so little bit higher on the pricing than some of the other vendors out there, but still very competitive, not really high pricing. And you know, overall, a seven out of ten, for instance, call tower charges around $10 per month per user for SMS, MMS, which is a little bit high compared to maybe $3 and change with some of the other providers, but they use different third parties for that. And so that includes some different things, like the number of text messages you can send is obviously higher for $10 user than it is for $3 and change. So some things to consider there. But overall pricing pretty good with call tower seven out of ten
Global Availability
for global availability. I give Cole Tower a five out of ten. They are a global provider. They do provide service in multiple countries. Are they one of the biggest global providers with service everywhere? No, but they do have, you know, a lot of the countries that companies are in like, for instance, Canada, the U.K., they can service areas like that. So with Qatar, we give them five out of ten on global availability
Integration
for integration. I give call tower A one out of ten. Now that’s not a knock against call tower. That’s a knock against teams phone period. So if you watch my video review on teams phone, I give teams phone a one out of ten on integration. So if I give teams phone of one out of ten, I have to give Qatar a one out of ten because it is the teams phone product teams phone does not have an open API. So integration with software applications like Salesforce or HubSpot, that’s just not teams phone, that’s not teams phone strength. So one out of ten on integration
Hardware
for hardware I give call tower A five out of ten in and that’s very similar to with the score I give them on integration that’s really more reflecting on the hardware that is available for teams phone. So Qatar does provide some hardware that can be used for teams phone. They don’t have every make and model of every handset and headset and things like that because hardware really isn’t called Towers Forte. They’re more of the service provider, but they can provide you with teams certified hardware if your company needs it or if you want just the convenience of buying it. All from call tower. They do have the ability to do that, but overall, give them a five out of ten.
Overall Score
So overall, my score for call Tower is a 7.4 average out of ten. But again, take that into consideration. When you’re looking at things like global availability, does your company need global availability? If not, just remove that line item from the whole score or maybe hardware. You’re not going to get your hardware from call to remove that from the whole score. Maybe integration. If your company isn’t going to integrate with anything, you don’t want to integrate with CRM, you can eliminate that from the evaluation. So take my score and customize it for your business. But overall, I like working with Call Tower a lot. I’ve got a lot of happy customers with them. Overall, I give them a 7.4 out of ten
