The latest model for IT is here. IT as a Service (ITaaS) is a well automated service where full assets of an IT service along with storage and networking capabilities are hosted by a service provider to clients. Scalability is the benefit that most businesses see from ITaaS since the service is through a cloud system and users can easily form a larger IT department if needed.
With this type of service, a client has the ability to control their IT over a web-based environment while saving costs. The costs savings from ITaaS are great for small to medium businesses since they can have a smaller IT department while paying on a per-use basis.
