7 Hidden Hobbies of AeroCom: Meet the Team!

Starting from the man who founded this company to the interns at hand, we have quite a collective group here at AeroCom Inc. By the look of us, you would never guess what hidden talents and veiled hobbies lay beneath our professional attire.

Of course, to us, it’s obvious! Being a part of a smaller company brings about a close-knit family feel. We get to hear about everyone’s weekend activities and holiday plans. As a team, and as friends, we are always sure to catch up on what’s new with the kids, how the girlfriend/boyfriend is doing, if school is going well, etc. You really get to know the people you are around on a regular basis… what kind of music they like, what their favorite foods/candies are, what they typically do over the weekend, how they like their coffee, how they like to dress, and even their quirky tendencies.

Now you may not know all of us, so I will give you a brief description of the role each teammate has. Let’s see if you can guess who is the participant in each of these hidden hobbies? My bet is you won’t have a clue!

THE TEAM:

Starting with Mike Smith, the President of AeroCom Inc., who founded the company in 2003 and has been the man in charge ever since. Mike is regularly meeting with IT pros and working with over sixty of the best service providers across the country. His goal is to help reduce the time and cost it takes to find IT solutions for your company.

Carrie Smith, Mike’s wife, is Co-owner and our logistics queen. We like to consider her a jack of all trades, who is working behind the scenes to help improve our efficiency and productivity.

Josh Chamois is the Lead Account Manager. He is constantly on the go, meeting with current and prospective clients on a daily basis. Josh always take the time to follow up with AeroCom’s current customers ensuring all of their IT needs are taken care of.

Nancy Murguia is our HR Representative. She helps keep AeroCom organized! Nancy manages compensation and benefit programs as well as encourages employee development.

Janelle Abaoag is the Marketing Director, who keeps herself busy with research and development. She organizes company appearances at IT conferences, constructs AeroCom’s newsletter, and initiates all of AeroCom’s marketing campaigns. Janelle is also in charge of hiring and managing two marketing interns.

Steven James King and Brittany Waken are the marketing interns here at AeroCom. They perform a variety of tasks such as social media management and analytics, video filming and editing, as well as content writing. These two write blogs, press releases, and customer success stories.
