AeroCom’s own, Erin Lemly – Account Executive, tell us of her latest adventure to landing her most recent sale and contract! As the newest sales representative and now one of the top leaders in sales here at AeroCom, we’d like so say…WELCOME TO THE PRESIDENT’S CLUB!

What is the company profile in which you were able to land a contract with? The company is a global freight forwarder with 20 locations in the US
What size (small, mid, enterprise) is the company?
Mid size- 160 users
What products did this company reach out to you for and why? They needed a hosted PBX and an MPLS network as well as a new phone system as theirs were end of life. Their current provider was going to be integrating new software and they were nervous about the integration. And their IT contact respected me as a sales person, that’s how we earned their business.
How did you go about resolving this company’s issue and meet their needs? I went to 5 different providers to get initial quotes, then set multiple meeting to go over the quotes with the providers and make any changes needed. After realizing that the provider they eventually signed with was the perfect fit, the quotes just needed to be tweaked to be perfect.
What was the final result and the solution you came up with to meet the company’s telecommunications needs? A hosted PBX, Fiber with 30 mbps at the main location, MPLS and a whole new phone system, all for about the price that they are paying now
