A New Start at AeroCom!

October 6, 2014 Aerocom

Hello, I’m Steven and I’m thrilled to be part of the AeroCom team as a Marketing Intern. AeroCom’s excellent reputation of incredibly innovative and customer-centered cloud solutions and business telecom definitely attracted me to be a part of this forward-thinking organization. Moreover, I was definitely inspired by the creative and unique company culture including a modern office design with the cloud-shaped conference table! Once you step into the headquarters office, the current, professional and highly creative atmosphere is immediately apparent. You can tell that AeroCom does things a little differently which makes them the unique and only choice for their customers. Also, the team here is very upbeat, enthusiastic and truly passionate about what they are doing at AeroCom, which made me so excited to get working!

Having some experience in cloud software and communications tech at Mortgage iQ CRM in Orange County, it was an easy transition for me coming to AeroCom for a number of key reasons. To start, I enjoy being part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team – sharing ideas and working together to come up with great ideas for our customers. Also, I’m excited to be part of a creative group, that’s interested in new ideas and finding new ways to go about a solution. Our president, Mike Smith, is an incredibly inspiring person, and it was exciting to see him mentioned in OC Metro Magazine as one of the 40 most successful business people under age 40.

During my stay at AeroCom, I’m looking forward to applying all of my efforts to grow the company, improve its operations, and build an exciting and engaging marketing image for our team. Keeping up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies is also a definite interest of mine and I’m looking forward to getting to know all of our valued customers and how we can improve their experience every day, in every way possible!

Without a doubt, I stay pretty busy with work and completing my Marketing Degree at Cal State University Long Beach, but I also have several hobbies including: going to concerts, training at cross fit, and volunteering at the Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue. I’ve been a dog surfing trainer for a couple years now and I love taking all breeds of dogs out in the water and teaching them how to hang ten!
