Evolve IP launches an industry-first Demo desk to support your prospects
The ability to provide a comprehensive demo of UC and Contact Center features, functionality, and administrative capabilities has become a standard part of the sales process for ALL UC and Contact Center sales. In fact, I would be hard-pressed to think of a single deal that we’ve closed that didn’t include a demo. However, one of the challenges we’ve experienced in the demo process is the lack of a consistent experience from one demo to the next.
Starting this month, Evolve IP will offer your prospects the opportunity to register for these professionally managed UC and Contact Center demonstrations. These sessions are not designed for prospects that are merely “kicking the tires” or for partners looking to gain additional information, but are designed for qualified prospects that are engaged in the buying process.
The Evolve IP Demo Desk will provide a comprehensive overview of the Evolve IP Product Suite. Customers will be able to see Evolve IP products and applications demonstrated in common use cases, providing a full view of the functionality and value that Evolve IP’s suite of cloud services delivers to customers. While Hosted UC and Contact Center are the first services to be included in the Evolve IP Demo Desk, future releases will include our cloud computing portfolio.
