Verizon has announced the new Verizon LTE Broadband Router with Voice, the first broadband router to combine voice and data connectivity over Verizon’s network in one package. The new router offers three monthly plans: Voice-only for USD 20, Data-only for USD 20 or Voice and Data for USD 30, when added to a Share Everything Plan. Customers have the flexibility to move among the three different plans at any time. The router eliminates the need to search for Wi-Fi hotspots or pay for hotel Wi-Fi and phone fees. In addition, customers can plug in the router and their mobile phone to create a mobile office or remote work site.

The router os equipped with three Ethernet ports for users who require a hardware connection to plug in work laptops and network printers. The LTE Broadband Router with Voice is currently available online and in stores for USD 29.99 when purchased with the Voice and Data plan, or USD 49.99 when purchased with a Voice Plan or a Data Plan. Both require a new two-year activation. Verizon is also launching a promotion through the end of September, offering customers with the Voice and Data plan the ability to receive the router for free with a new two-year activation.
