Erin Lemly is the most recent “Genius” added to the AeroCom team. She is the new Account Executive and joined the company about a month ago! With her bubbly personality and positive attitude, she has already won over the hearts of her clients and her co-workers. Having seven years of sales experience,Erin has finally found that AeroCom is the type of company that pushes you to succeed and really gives her the reigns on exploring her outside sales experience and gaining trust from her clients.
A typical day in the life for Erin at AeroCom is making strategic calls, researching different prospects in the Orange County area, emailing interested clients on pricing on what their company is looking for, setting meetings and conference calls and getting informed on vendor products. This busy bee really does it all, and on top of it has never shown anything but a smile. Something that Erin prides herself on is that fact that she is always very honest with her clients whether it’s regarding product information or a carrier. After all,Erin feels as though building a connection and a relationship with her clients is first and foremost. This is something that AeroCom feels is most important when creating the “AeroCom Experience”.
Ms. Lemly said; “I think my clients buy from me because I am honest with them and they know they can trust me. Oh, and I’m super likable J “she said with a chuckle.
Erin went on to discuss how she loves working with AeroCom! She feels as though there is a positive atmosphere and environment here. She loves that you are rewarded for the hard work you do and that it most always pays off. She went on to say about the CEO;
“I love working for Mike, he makes me want to personally work hard for him and the company, and it’s nice that he trusts me to get the job done.”
Something positive that she has found about AeroCom is that everyone is willing to offer advice and assistance whenever they can and that everyone is REALLY motivated to succeed, she stressed in her interview.
With Erin being in sales for many years, she has come across some interesting calls, one that she encountered was a while back, but definitely made her laugh;
“I think my favorite was when a prospect I was meeting with at the last company that I worked for told me that in order to make his decision he needed to get approval from his dog. It was based on whether or not the dog liked me, not the product. I guess you could say that man’s best friend is also his business partner…”
With Erin’s personality and sense of humor, she has definitely made an impact on the AeroCom team of Geniuses and really knows how to make a customer feel the true “AeroCom Experience”.
