The Message Behind the Rock

 
“The Secret” has been known to be an eye opening and life changing novel and documentary. Everyone goes through times in their lives where they may question the importance of life, or the idea that things may just not be working out in their favor. The month of November is a time to be thankful for what you have, and a time to appreciate life. This week the AeroCom team is going on a mission.

Inspired by “The Secret”, the team will be finding our very own Gratitude Rocks. Gratitude is a time to unlock the fullness of life and turns our minds onto the track that what we have in life is truly enough and so much more. Accepting gratitude in your own life is known to turn confusion into clarity, denial into acceptance and learning to appreciate life for what it is.

The idea behind the “Gratitude Rock” is a small token to carry around with you or to set on your desk at work to remind yourself how lucky we all are and what the real importance of life is. The importance of being in the state of appreciation is that you are in the highest emotional state possible. You begin to focus on what you do have instead of complaining about what you don’t. Due to the law of attraction, the more appreciative you are, and the more you are grateful for, the more you will attract.

Creating a gratitude rock can be an inspirational process as well. Seeing it on your desk, or touching it in your purse when you are in need of a break, will remind you of all of the things you are grateful for. Seeing it will allow your mind to pause in whatever you are doing and enjoy life and reset your mind on a positive note. Can’t you just imagine what life would truly be like if you took a step back each day and embraced what’s around you and all of the love that surrounds us? It may not be apparent every day, but having a small token to remind you may just be the trick.

The AeroCom team is going on a mission Thursday morning to find our own “Gratitude Rocks”. We believe in believing, we believe in life and we believe in love and gratitude. We intend on fully embracing the idea and the meaning behind Thanksgiving and the month of November and look forward to embracing “The Secret” as well.
