Integrated MPLS/Voice and/or Internet Circuit WAN

Zayo has been providing us our Data and Voice (VOIP) service for 4 years now. They have been a pleasure to work with. There have been a few times our phones have stopped working and they were great to trouble shoot with to figure out why they went down and to stop it from happening again. They also are able to do most of the upgrading of the firmware for us (central push server).

The Broadworks platform they use for VOIP has some quirks that I could do without (such as the tool bar that is not updated quickly enough to be use-able on Chrome or Firefox), but overall the system works well. I do wish we had voicemail to text capabilities but the emailed voice mails already helps a lot.
