We're a small credit union with 5 branches in western WA supporting about 70 users. Of that 70, we have 10 who we have provided with mobile phones, and from the beginning, we have used Verizon Wireless.
For our area, the decision to go with Verizon is really a no brainer. While some other cell vendors have spotty service in our area, Verizon has always had excellent coverage. Our employees are able to have great cell service no matter what location they may be in. The ability to use the phone as a mobile hotspot always helps out when out of the office and needing to connect to network resources.
While it may be a little frustrating that there isn't another vendor with comparable service (to feel like we have a choice), we really have no problem with Verizon and would always be quick to recommend them.

I live in Idaho and in the business world Verizon is the clear choice as they have the best data service here. I used Verizon for about 6 years and had pretty much no complaints until I moved to a middle of nowhere town surrounded by trees. Now nothing works...
I would highly recommend Verizon if you are in southeast Idaho as they are the best when it comes to business solutions.

Our business has been utilizing Verizon for employee phones since 2009 when we switched over from Sprint. What a huge difference in quality and coverage. Customer service over the phone is helpful and knowledgeable, however it is sometimes a process when waiting at the store.
At the time we have close to 25-30 lines on the account (and subaccount). We had very few mentions of calls dropping, and when we checked into it, they were in very remote locations where hardly anyone would get service.
Cons: If your device is defective or has an issue, they will replace it with a refurb, unless it happens three times. I'm not sure if this was our account setup or the normal process. Overall - Great choice in provider! We highly recommend to small and medium businesses we come in contact with who are looking for a great selection of phones and plans.

From a technical standpoint I've used their hot spots which were OK (it is possible just my area isn't good). I'd prefer AT&T the speeds seem faster from my personal hot spot from my phone. However the mobile device management interface is nice, and easy to use. So truthfully this service will vary based on location, despite what the commercials say.

We have a good relationship with Verizon in our area. Coverage is not an issue, and the selection of devices is quite extensive. Generally we can get through to Customer Support in a timely manner, but haven't had many needs to reach out for it. Would recommend to folks to get their businesses using VZW for service that can't be beat.

As a new VZW business customer this past year, making the switch was one of our best moves in 2015. We have had nothing but a positive experience working with our account manager and provisioning out our phones. Service and coverage is great. Cost is average, but we are glad to pay for the service we receive.

Verizon service work very good. We use it for a few select clinicians in the field to chart in real time. They have had no complaints. Our only issue is the limited data / data pooling. It hasn't been a big issue yet, but not all of our users are moved over either.
Phone service is definitely superior then other competitors in our area.
My only complaint is that our rep is extremely annoying, pushy, and doesn't listen to our needs. Frequently he just shows up without prior notice and then expects me to drop what I'm doing to go chat with him which I find very rude.

For business or personal use, no other provider comes close to this company. Service prices are always a sticking point for many people and companies no matter the provider. Cell service is just expensive. But for reliability and QoS, this company stands number 1. I would recommend this service. #spiceworks

Service has been sketchy for the most part. Our mobile hotspots and cell phones randomly drop for no reason. Also, the pricing is fairly steep for what you get and the billing department is a mess...we're still trying to resolve a bill from last year that no one seems to be able to verify where it came from. #spiceworks

the Verizon service is decent. Coverage is really good. It just can be a little hard to deal with the bills for a larger company. The bills can now be grouped but you still need to have multiple groups because of the number of devices. It would be so much easier to have one massive pool of devices where the talk time and data are shared rather then having to balance the groups every month.

We have been using Verizon for business for several years and the services they offer have been getting better over time. The support we receive is amazing, the rep we go through is always helpful. We have employees travelling all over the US and they have cell service 99% of the time, which is amazing in remote locations. The pricing is on the higher end of what is offered, but for the quality of service... its worth it. #spiceworks

Verizon provides a good service for the area in which I live. being in a small town in northern Wisconsin, the signal strength isn't the best in town. the pricing is competitive with the rest of the cellular providers. The account rep I deal with is great, always providing the information and help that is needed. #spiceworks

I have personal and business service with Verizon. While some of the support is a little lacking on the personal account side, the support on the business end is top notch. Personal contact for issues or questions allowing me to forego the endless transfers and waiting game trying to get to someone that can help resolve my issue.
Excellent account controls via their web site allows me to service most of my account needs myself 24/7.

I like that Verizon Wireless's business offerings are competitive. We used to be an AT&T shop, but transitioned over to Verizon Wireless when our contract was coming up on it's end. Verizon pretty much matched what we were getting with AT&T. No hot spot, but I don't really need one. I'm used to doing everything from my phones anyway. #spiceworks

I also have a hot shop through verizon. The speed is fantastic. The down falls are the pricing is a little higher.(not too terribly high). But like Slava said the signal reliability is not very good. You might have full bars of signal in a building and then go outside and only have 3 bars just depends alot on your location. I would recommend.

I am carrying a hotspot right now. The pricing compare to other carriers is on par. The speed is excellent probably the faster one. However the signal reliability is very sketchy. Some parts of town do not offer signal strength to accommodate service. Rather have a bit slower service with better reliability of a signal.
