Sprint in our area is pretty horrible. Most of our clients have migrated from Sprint to ATT or Verizon. The plans they offer are nice, but when coverage is lacking it really does not make up shotty service. I've been in my area for quite some time, and the service has gotten a little better , but nothing to write home about.

We have moved away from Sprint several years ago. While on their cellular network we experienced a handful of dropped calls, poor customer service (long wait times & rude representatives), and a fair selection of devices. The pricing was good for our needs, but that is probably why we got what we paid for. In any event, our staff was glad we switch to our new provider and plan to stay here for years to come.

I gave 2 brains because of the unlimited data and our dedicated service rep... unfortunately it's not that great of data.
We have 60 laptops using imbedded cards in the field. Also over 100 iPhones and a handful of iPad's using Sprint 3G and LTE services.
It's a constant fight for us to prove dead spots, flaky towers, super high latency, etc. *sometimes* we can get them to acknowledge and actually fix areas, but normally it's a long drawn out fight.
Like I said, unlimited data is nice for us, but it comes with a price tag of Bad service, so really what good is unlimited data when it run terribly?
Frequently texts and voicemails are delayed which tends to be a big issue for us since we deal with healthcare.
Our service rep is pretty good, if the rating was based just on our dedicated rep then I would give 4 brains.

Avoid at all costs. Service is extremely spotty at the best of times and the customer service reps are extremely slow and incompetent. The price isn't great either. We ended up switching carriers.

I originally had Nextel before that service was acquired by Sprint. At the time the service was excellent and the push to talk feature was a must have. Within a year of becoming Sprint, our technician's service areas became spotty with service. Many of which occurred indoors. Having field techs take after-hours call with poor reception in their homes was subpar to say the least. After much haggling we were able to get signal amplifiers for their homes, but it wasn't easy and Sprint wanted to charge us a premium. Switched carriers and haven't had a problem since.

I wish i could write 2 word review for these guys but i cant. Service is unreliable, very very spotty. Signal strength is horrendous. Speed is up to par with slower services. Customer service is ridiculous. Pricing may be a bit lower but its not worth the haste. STAY AWAY.
