I'll be honest, this is a product that I would have never paid for but it is included with our Office 365 subscription. Its nice, very simple to use and doesn't involve a great technical mind to be able to establish a call like some other services. #spicysip

I use skype for Conference calls. It is the easiest way that I can think of. Especially when you have multiple people. I believe Spiceworks does as well. I have used skype for awhile so I have come to know it a lot.

I have tested conference call facility when we migrated to office 365 and i wasn't really happy to install and manage another server so decided to go with some other solution. It has crystal clarity but too much configurations with servers and i am not really into managing VOIP solutions anymore #spicyvoice.

I have tried Skype for business when i moved a client to office 365. It is not the perfect solution like other VOIP providers. to much complications when need to install and manage. They need to come up with a better solution. But I have to say the video quality is superb.

Skype for business is not a perfect candidate for conference calls yet. the apps a really bad on android and iphone but we never tried windows phone app. they never updated the lag and voice quality issues with apps. i am not really happy with them .

Skype for Business is not quite enterprise VoIP in that you don't get a lot of services such as call groups, or an auto-attendant and many other features but some of them are available in server 2015. It has a potential to become a great tool but still long way to go.

i have configured skype for business to three smbs and the configuration and setup take very little time and dont even need a staff to manage this. it integated to latest os updates and comes handy with apps but still needs a lot improvements.

i like the service. i can see it integrates to all microsoft solutions as they did it with windows 10. calling quality is great but still can't ingrate properly with existing hardware. i dont want to log in to an app to call conference across the globe. hope they will change it to a standalone product as well.

i have used skype free for some time and decided to try business version for my company. the quality is very good but it doesn't have great apps for business phones. IT is a great solution in making but microsoft is quite not there yet.

For awhile now we have been using free tools for our conferencing, being unsure which exact route we need to take. Even some, a fully functional trial but it didn't seem to cut it.

As Skype started to get better buzz and improvements made to it within recent years, we decided to go for it (Lync - which now is Skype for Business).

What a great tool. Conferencing, Polls, Screen sharing, multiple group chats, it's all here. It comes with our O365 subscription so this helps with budget and not having a separate tool. There are some minor changes that I would like to see with the application, but by far, it's definitely a superior program to others.

We've been using Office 365 for almost a year now and Skype for Business has been great. The first function that most people jump at with Skype is the conference calling. This video conference calling feature has been very stable and reliable for us. Our teams meet with part time weekend staff once every week and conference with each other.
One of the other functionalities is the instant messaging. In this quick hustle and bustle day it is much easier sometimes to send someone an IM instead of an email. As usual, it's fairly easy to use and very intuitive. It functions very much like most the other Instant Messaging apps out there so the users will pick it up quickly. Easy = happy users.

Not the best VOIP service as of now as they cant get any nice mobile app yet like ring central. but pricing is transparent and very cheap. if you are already in Office 365, it is for you. If you are in a small business structure, it is easy to migrate else it will be a pain. #spiceworks

we started using skype for business in october. it wasn't my decision but my boss's so i ahd no choice but to use and manage it. But it turns out it has High quality audio and video and it can support large team in a very simple setup. most of our pcs are updated to windows 10 and office 2016 so it is kinda handy to use it. THe only issue is it has not agreat app for business purpose. I hope they will release a great one soon.#spiceworks.
