We have less than 10 users but have been using SimpleSignal's hosted VoIP service for over 3 years and are happy with functionality, call quality, reliability and support. I like that they bring in a dedicated T1 circuit to guarantee call quality and I also like the features they offer, such as salesforce integration, mobile integration, Outlook integration, video calling and video conferencing. The only downsides I've experienced is that they do not have a user-friendly way generating call reports. Currently, we have to go into our billing platform and perform several complicated steps to pull a call report, which is a big pain.
