We use rackspace for our local government entity email provider. It's fine for an oldschool email provider, but certainly has its flaws.
Pros:
-It costs us about 1/12th as much as Google suite or Microsoft's cloud email service.
-Help requests are responded to rather quickly.
Cons:
-Spam filtering is practically non-existent. We get constant phishing attempts. I have to manually block bad IPs.
-Services go down for users occasionally, I have to contact customer support to "rebuild the index" of the user's email.
-UI is dated.
-Lack of features beyond email.

Summary: If you need an inexpensive email provider, this one is fine. If you want something with any features whatsoever, use someone else.
