I am using nexvortex for almost a year now. Our experience has been excellent. setup was very simple, very cheap price plans and better than traditional phone lines comparing sound quality. Tech support is great as well. #spicysip

it is a great service when it works. we get intermittent connections for days but as a low critical office , we don't really bother about it. but it is very bad sometimes. could be the area issue (?) as have used it before somewhere and never had issues. had couple of issues with customer service as well. #spicysip

supporting one of my client with NEXVOrtex that installed long time ago. i really dont like their support site and overall web experience. I cant find any problem with service though. just doing what it supposed to do. Pricing also very good compared to most competitors. #spicysip

A few years back we had used NexVortex for a small admin office with two trunks. They had a hard time transition our account and we also had a billing concern. Support seems to work well for us, but eventually we had made a switch. As long as you clearly understand what you are signing up for, its a good decision. We experienced good up time. Administering the account dashboard was an OK experience.

My prior employer used NexVortex through a local re-seller in our area. We got a quote, I filled out the spreadsheet with user details, management signed the PO and we were in the cloud. We experienced a little bit of difficulty with billing, and had the occasional call issues. We had trouble with external outbound calls. They suspected the issue with our cable line, but we did the run again and is still was an issue. It cleared up after another call to support. Something fluke went wrong on their end, but all was well soon enough. Good service and good price compared to other options at the time. Our network supported a small number of users.

We support a couple clients that have hosted VoIP with NexVortex. Although they have their contacts for support, we may sometimes work with them to get access to assist as their IT company. User updates, password reset, and other basic function. I cannot comment on billing prices, but support is quite helpful and if a rep cannot assist, they will get back to you. After 10 years in VoIP and still around, they are certainly doing something right!
