Every company has a mission. What's ours? To empower every person and every organization to achieve more. We at Microsoft believe technology can and should be a force for good and that meaningful innovation contributes to a brighter world in the future and today. Our culture doesn’t just encourage curiosity; it embraces it. Each day we make progress together by showing up as our authentic selves. We show up with a learn-it-all mentality. We show up cheering on others, knowing their success doesn't diminish our own. We show up every day open to learning our own biases, changing our behavior, and inviting in differences. When we show up, we achieve more together.

Great pricing for non-profits. Works well, good SPAM filtering, great uptime. A bit complicated to get up and running, but what isn't? It has almost all of the features of an on-prem exchange server, but without all the upkeep and maintenance.

We recently moved inhouse exchange to hosted for a cleint recently. THey are pleased with the service. it has less downtime than before and the it guy needed a bit training but it is the future for all inhouse mail servers unless you ar already in cloud.

Microsoft has been the go to "office" application for all things related to text, tables presentations etc. Microsoft gets 4 brains because it always has some quirk that keeps even the best IT mind boggled on how to fix it. However, ease of collaboration, sharing information etc has always been a breeze with exchange and non exchange office products. #spiceworks

Our company had hosted exchange in place before I was hired, but so far we haven't had any problems. The users sometimes need to be trained on the interface but seem to pick it up well. The seamless integration between devices is a necessity in our company and this seems to handle that well. #spiceworks

As a consultant, I migrated a small client (15 user) from an onsite Exchange server to Office 365 (Microsoft Online at the time). Even then it was very easy to migrate. From there Microsoft migrated our account and mailboxes to Office365 and that went seamlessly. I've not come across anything critically negative. Support is a bit slow sometimes, but I've not needed to use it much. The web interface works VERY well and for those things that it doesn't support, PowerShell fills in the gaps. And to top it off, the price is great! I highly recommend Office 365. #spiceworks

I was not around on integration, but i admin Office 365 for a SMB. Some of the GUI is clunky and not intuitive, but once you get used to it, it is a solid platform. The knowlege base/help will get you through any problems/questions that you will encounter. #spiceworks

i support 5 non-profit organisations and office 365 provide free mail service for them. That is how i came to learn office 365. i started migrating from exchange 2003 and 2007 but i have to say it is one of the best email service you ever going to get in cloud. managing everything in a single dashboard neatly arranged in tabs wont confuse you as a first timer. it you might experience downtime from time to tome but you get no service with 100% guarantee. really happy with this product. #spiceworks
