I think the Megapath server is fine to good. The quality and support for most issues regarding voice quality and connectivity has always been very helpful. When it comes to moving numbers around and making changes we have always had trouble having it be a clean and easy process. Other than that good value and good support

Previous job for IT consulting, we actually liked the service so much that we started reselling the service. We had three locations and the only problem we had was having an installer come to install the equipment. Installer missed the times two days in a row, and I am pretty sure I knew way more than the installer they used. Once everything was up and working we never had any issues with Megpath VOIP. It sounded crystal clear when internal or connecting to another one of their customers. For the price it works great!

I am started using this service mainly because they offer service without contract if you have more than 10 or similar phones. they helped me to setup and very helpful whenever there is a problem. Pricing is attractive as well and the whole system makes life simpler for IT in general.

As a leading provider of managed IP communications services in North America, they do service far better than other in same area. We've been very fortunate to have a great account manager and access to the correct people that have made things happen in locations where connectivity was difficult But as usual, customer service is bad. Everything was working fine and it hit a downtime and we got one of the worst support and i should say, as long as everything works, it is a good solution.#spiceworks

Good pricing, service works well.
We have been with Megapath since they purchased Speakeasy Voice (who we signed up with). It may take some time to get everything configured the way you want but once you do the hosted VOIP service is great.
The ability to have my phone at home ring as if it were just another extension in the office is nice and the help you can get setting things up is also a plus.
Pricing is attractive as well and the whole system makes life simpler for IT in general

Good pricing, not the greatest support.
We have a T1 with Megapath to carry our VOIP traffic because Comcast can't supply the quality of connection we need (jitter and latency issues).
Most of the time it works great, however when there are issues (such as over the last 3 days) it can be a real challenge to get addressed as AT&T actually owns the copper that carries the line.
That means that Megapath needs to contact AT&T etc, etc which would be fine but Megapath themselves don't seem to take ownership over getting the issue fixed which leaves us in the situation of having to coordinate things with 2 parties and double check that fixes work.
As I said, when it works it is great but if you run into issues and your situation is like ours, you will spend a chunk of your own time managing what they should be in order to get your service back up.
