When it works, it's fast, but it not as reliable as some other vendors used before, like TW, Verizon etc. Office I worked in switched from TW to L3 and we had nothing but outages every few days on and off and were told it "was us", when it was them and later they had regional outages.

After switching from Verizon to Level 3 our bandwidth not only increased, but so did its reliability. The only reason why I would not give it a full rating is because we have had down time (twice) since switching. One of the times a PSU failed for one of their devices. It took longer than expected to get the part replaced and get back up and running. .. This made for a very unsatisfied CEO.

We just switched over to Level 3 Communications from AT&T and we have noticed a SIGNIFICANT increase in speed and reliability. Our initial configuration was smooth and went off without a single complaint. Our rep is very knowledgeable and flexible in regards to our schedule - we had to finalize moving over our connection at 4:30 in the morning and our rep was there, ready to go. I highly recommend their services! #spiceworks
