we started using this after came to know about IDrive Express , an upload seeding service for big backups done fast with zero bandwidth usage and decided to tr it out. It has been working very well for the last year or so and is quite flexible, but at the same time, doesnt require any user interaction.It is also HIPAA compliant so quiet happy with this product for remote office backups
