In edition to the cloud storage, many of our devices are using Cloud backup from mobile devices. This is great for our devices to quickly and securely backup images and video to our account. We can then filter through them and add the necessary IDF Closet and other hardware photos into our main Sharepoint account. We quickly moved away from our last tool after using this with ease.

Google definitely has it down when it comes to cloud storage. With the desktop applications for local PC sync, and mobile apps for data on the go. The only thing I would like to see from Google is for the web interface to manage permissions a little easier. It can be done, but a easier interface would be really appreciated. Definitely recommend! #Spiceworks

Google Drive is by far the greatest cloud backup/storage I've dealt with. It's incredibly easy to use and share, and I find myself using it both in the workplace and at home. I've never had any issue with file uploads or transfers to other users. #spiceworks

Drive - The best thing since sliced bread. For a free service with free storage and usable across so many devices, google nailed this one. I know there are others like OneDrive, icloud( what a POS, apple is the worst) and dropbox, drive is adaptive and very easy to use. #spiceworks

Drive has been one of our go to cloud file backup and storage systems until we moved to Office 365. The ease of usability and space you receive for free were far better than any competitors. The integration with not only Android but Apple and Windows devices made it an obvious choice when wanting something fast, easy and reliable for our users for cloud file storage.
