Virtual Data Room (VDR)

I have tested this for 2 months and it is a good service as a VDR but it is costly and dont have any short term contracts which is a deal breaker. it is an enterprise level solution which licensed for per user level and really not for any smbs. i will definitely use if i need it for a corporation :)
