T1 or Bonded T1 Internet

A few of our healthcare facilities have Broadview T1 as a secondary ISP for failover. To this date there are no incidents that I can report of having issues with it going down. It is T1 internet, so it is is what it is. I have not had the need to contact support. Great up time though!
