We use Verizon fiber internet across our office and data center locations in the US and are very happy with performance - never had any issues really ...when we need help, it is easy to establish contact with Verizon

We've been a customer for over 3 years. The service and quality have been way above par and it was a good decision to move away from cable speeds. We have a large office and VPN needs for our remote location.
I haven't experienced any lengthy outages, so my calls into support are rare. Overall very satisfied.
Cons: It is sometimes difficult having the support rep assist "on my level". Occasionally a support call needs to be escalated to someone who can help correctly.

We are currently using the Verizon business fiber at more than 50 locations. We have never had any real issues with the services and it was proven to be reliable. I would recomend this to anyone who needs to stay connected with a remote site and needs a solid service that you can depend on.

I thoroughly enjoy having business class fiber at the office. We have upgraded from Cable and it was quite a different in steady speeds and reliable up-time. We have the entire bundle at a moderate cost. This is the first ISP we try to seek out when setting up for new clients for their professionalism, service and quick response times.

This is our primary ISP at the office, and there has been no downtime for the three years that we have had it. The only downtime we incurred was due to a power outage. Fast speeds that are consistent to what we are paying for, and I do not have any complaints aside from the bill being a little bit higher than most. However the service they provide is worth it, so it is an easy bill paid. #Spiceworks

Excellent service and reliability. Equipment could use an upgrade or better provider. But the speeds are untouchable in the industry. Cant beat the price for the service either, much more affordable than cable internet for the speed thats provided. And its verizon, if google was in the area i would certainly choose them, but verizon would be #2. #spiceworks
