We've used Rackspace for over 3 years at our Web Development project. We were using a Dedicated Server. they helped us to make it wok and support can't be any better. They always answers the phone and provides great hosting. it is a bit overpriced for a standard hosting but i like their support so no complaint :)

We first heard of Rackspace via Spiceworks. I looked into some of their solutions and found their hosted solutions. I also did some homework to see other clients and heard how positive their feedback was. Although we haven't gone with the service, I was pleased with the support knowledge and professionalism. Will consider and present back to management should we looking into options again down the road.

Bit costly but i like their tech support and customer support. you get a rapid response from most of the support calls and tickets. I never had any downtime issues with this soluton. Rackspace is always my first choice if my budget allows.

We recently switched to Rackspace from another POP3 email host, and it is the best change that i have made yet. Every hosted email service out there seems to have its share of outages and problems, but their support has been very good.Prices are decent as well so i dont mind using them for a long term.
