This product has worked well for us. Pricing seems to be reasonable. the suite of features and migration path for a traditional it infrastructure is quite good

I would recommend this product for many companies

It is one of the best email services out there. it is good enough for small, medium and enterprise companies regardless of their size. they often suffers downtime this year still far better than any hosted services out there. it is easy to connect to inhouse AD with azure which makes it better.

Office 365 - Large Biz (100+ Users)

We primarily use this at all of our clients. I can safely say using O365, that the issues have been minimal, and when anything serious arises there is support that is always available. Reaching support is a bit annoying because you do not reach a tech right away, so you are on hold twice trying to reach someone for assistance every issue you run into. Support's knowledge is on point, and the techs are very helpful in explaining how the technologies work, and how to streamline setups/workflows/deployments. #Spiceworks

Using their office 365 service for 2 years and i qiet like, i haven't recommend this for my current employer as it might cost my jb but doing it for various clients. There are some hicups every now and then but all in all, IT is the best service out there to us as 100% cloud email service.

We are lucky enough to have Office 365 as part of our campus licensing agreement. It has given us a lot of play room in what we can and can't move to the cloud. Teachers especially liked being able to work on their files from anywhere, whenever they wanted, without having to navigate our webdav server that I used to publish. #spiceworks

Office 365 - Large Biz (100+ Users)

We migrated to Office 365 about a year ago from Exch 2010. We are fully in the cloud now with no on-prem. We have noticed some negatives with intermittent connectivity or some users losing connection, however this is few and far between and happens only on very rare occassions.
For the most part we have been very happy with our Office 365 move. The users are really enjoying the improved Webmail functionality and OneDrive for Business. Previously we were using DropBox and Google Drive but OneDrive has increased collaboration functionality. This alone made the switch to OneDrive much more beneficial for our users day to day activities.
And as usual, Office 365 online makes it very easy for our users to work wherever and whenever. Like I always say, easy = happy users.

Office 365 - Large Biz (100+ Users)

I have migrated exchange 2010 to office 365 with users more than 500+ and it was one of the best decisions i ever made. Configuration and migration is very easy compare to other suits but as a Microsoft product, it never need extra training for managing it. But there are a lot disruptions these days. It has lack of integration towards social networking sites and skype is not integrated well yet. more to improve as a MSFT product. #spiceworks.

Office 365 offers a centralized way to deploy and manage your company's office subscriptions, as well as enabling you to stay up to date on all Office suite software. Great way to make sure you do not run into EOL situations, as well as an easy way to run Exchange without having to host your own server. Wish that the Exchange control panel more closely mirrored the on-prem version, as I have had to do a lot of googling to figure out how to do things. I also wish that the admin tools were a little more mature, but these features will come in time.

Overall, a great cloud provider and solution for your productivity needs.

We recently made the switch from in house Exchange to O365 and couldn't be happier. The management is a breeze, and it gives our end users more flexibility and mobility than they had previously.

Office 365 - Large Biz (100+ Users)

We moved from a locally hosted exchange, to O365. Please note: my experience is that of helping the end user configuration only, I didn't assist in any back end implementation.

Moving to O365 was less painful than I had anticipated, but still came with its own set of problems. We use Outlook 2010 (Windows) and Outlook 2011 (Mac) as the front end, as well as a web interface. The web interface changed with O365 (being that it is now hosted on outlook.com) but other functionality remained the same.

I must, therefore, write about the differences between the two experiences and list the hurdles we had.

Firstly, with the move to O365, we no longer had a system which was hidden in our intranet. Anyone anywhere could access it, so we lost a degree of control (which should be expected when moving to third party) over access. Mainly, this meant our policy to install a mobile device management profile to allow access to mail was pretty much killed. Users can now install the outlook app on their phone and download all their emails to their device, something that should give companies a pause for thought. This hasn't caused any big problems so far, and so, I am hopeful.

Secondly, accounts which had no password (certain resource accounts) now needed a password. A minor inconvenience.

Finally, it also had the effect of needing a reconfigure of third party software (such as Spiceworks ticketing/inventory software) to SMTP rather than exchange. I would try to use exchange, and it appeared to work with some software, but it would not. Obviously, this is more a limitation of the third party software, but it is something you may want to be aware of.

All in all, it wasn't bad, but the lower level of control is an ongoing concern to me and is only somewhat offset by the reduced support needed internally.
